Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our precious Diva, BEBE. (12/15/2007- 09/08/2024) VEG doctors & team outdid themselves in providing excellent care, comfort and support before she passed away. Even it was hard to hear the truth ,VEG doctors were honest about her health issues and condition, gave us options and tried their best to safe her. I know for sure my little angel was in comfort before she was gone :( We were able to take as much time as we want to say our last goodbye 💔 Front assistant, Alissa was so patient and compassionate with us , provided supportive guidance options regarding her memorial service and answered all questions that we had . Thank you VEG Team!

I will sing the praises of this amazing group of people every time I can. I’ve come here before and they always go the extra mile to make my pups feel as comfortable as possible, but they went ALL OUT tonight. I arrived at 3:30am with my dog, Brady, who was experiencing very intense vomiting. I called about 10 minutes ahead and when I arrived they brought him in immediately and already had a station set up for him. He was so nervous that he wouldn’t get out from under the folding chair - Dr. Kearney literally GOT ON THE FLOOR and did the initial exam bent under the chair. Eddy, one of the vet techs, was awesome as well! I had just gotten back from a 14 hr drive from DC and was exhausted - he kept me company, talked me through everything, and the engagement helped me stay awake and made the time fly. They were so thorough, and alleviated any concerns, and my pup was already feeling better by the time I got home. Dr. Kearney also went through the costs in detail to make sure I understood them and all my options (thankfully I have pet insurance). She and Eddy even did parts of the exam and checkups in the waiting area because Brady was more comfortable there. I’ve always had a great experience with the team at VEG, and this location in particular, but they absolutely crushed my already high bar from past experiences. They really do everything they possibly can to make you and your best friend as comfortable as possible in an already exceptionally stressful time. I’m so grateful we live nearby - it’s such a relief knowing that in case of emergency our pups will be in the best of hands.

No one ever wants to bring your fur baby to the ER, but today we had to. The scariest thing to experience. Thank God for Dr Nathan Lippo and his team were top notch. The moment we walked in they took us in right away. My wife and I are very grateful for this facility and the outstanding people who work here.

It has taken me more than a year to be able to write this. My 14 year old furbaby, Ginger, was diagnosed with Pyometra. I rushed her to VEG from my home an hour away. It looked like an episode of Grey’s Anatomy, they all saw me through the window as I rushed from the car with my baby in my arms. They rushed to help me and started working on her RIGHT AWAY! Yes, this is a business, but for once, for actually once in my life (and I am 42) does an animal hospital put the safety of the animal first and not the money. These people cared! They cared about helping Ginger and they cared about me. Ginger was dying, but they gave her a chance. They helped me not feel that guilt about giving up on her. They helped me give her a chance. Although Ginger passed away a little more than 24 hours later, they did all that they could. And because of them, so did I. Ginger was handed to me in a cardboard casket where I was able to bury her right outside my bedroom window. I was given a little bottle with pieces of her hair and a foot print on paper. I was inconsolable the whole time and these people understood. Whoever the owner of this hospital is, I would love to meet them. By the way his hospital is run and the people that work for him, I can tell he is an angel sent from above. God bless you abundantly sir. Your staff is top notch and your hospital is the best of the best.

They literally saved Toby’s life!!! The team at VEG beats any vet hospital anywhere!! They are professional, knowledgeable, caring and love our animals as much as we do!!! Highly recommended!!!! There’s so much to say about this place, so much I cannot even put in words. I found my shadow boy all weak and getting ready to pass on October 25th morning. Before that, he was playing with his big sisters just a few minutes before. Ran water on him because I thought that would help, but nope. He died, I freaked out attempting CPR on him, called this place as it was the first thing that popped up on google when I looked up “VET ER” told them what was happening, drove like a maniac to get there, and when I tell you guys this place is absolutely amazing! They rushed to the door took my sweet shadow boy and did their very best to bring him back. Unfortunately it was much too late. But this place is heaven-sent! I didn’t have time to think about the cost of anything, all I saw was red and rushed over there with my dying kitten. They ended up not charging me anything as I had nothing to my name after paying my bills. Someday, someway, somehow, I will finally be on my feet and will certainly remember this place, always and forever! The most compassionate, hard working, heaven-sent place I’ve ever been to. Thank you guys! Words cannot describe how grateful I am for your existence and all of your efforts. Deep From the bottom of my heart, thank you all!!!! Also, thank you for the list given to me. I will never repeat that mistake ever again. It hurts too much. I am still crying, and still in shock.. thank you guys for all your efforts to save my little shadow boy. Thank you. And thanks for the personal time you guys provided in that room for me to spend time with him saying goodbye. Got to hold my baby boy one last time.
