I came to Fountain Vet after going to another vet, where I was not happy with his surgical plan for my Chihuahua’s dental issues. I spoke with the vet at length.. My gut instincts told me Fountain was the way to go. It was a great experience! The vet explained everything and I knew I made the right decision. My baby is home and doing great!! Fountain Vet is our new home! They know what they’re doing and the office is it delight to work with. They even worked with me on the price! These people care!!! Our dog got into garlic rolls when he knocked over the kitchen garbage while we were out. We called and were told to bring him in immediately. The staff was caring, thorough, even checking with the restaurant to be sure if it was fresh garlic and with emergency vet colleagues & poison control. They explained what to watch for and how to care for him afterwards. He’s doing well now

Great place to be, I just found a kitten the other day and had to make sure it was all healthy and I had called other places and got no answer and long holds, I called here and Helen picked up right away and she was super nice and very helpful! She gave me every answer I needed to all my dumb questions and got me in for the soonest appointment to make sure my new lil baby was in good health! I would recommend anybody to go here as it was a great experience for me!

Very pleasant experience for me and pup. Doctor Dell was great. She took her time and explained everything and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. They also never tried to sell me anything. Almost all the other vets I’ve been to try to sell me supplements or care plans.

Absolutely amazing. I seen Neymara (vet assistant) and Dr. Dell for both of my fur- daughter’s appointments, and the time spent explaining, the kindness and the professionalism was what made me decide to make this my pets home vet. I found a coupon online, they honored it over the phone, (spoke to Kenny both times that I called to make appointments and he was so upbeat, excited for me to get the discount for first time clients, and made me feel good knowing that the Doctor would be able to diagnose my baby) gave me zero hassle regarding it (and it’s a BIG DISCOUNT when you’re looking at the cost of other places and their appointment fees) and from the time we arrived they did nothing but show us kindness and respect. They are located off of Boynton Beach Blvd, in a location that works well for people coming from east or west as they sit kind of in middle of Boynton Beach Blvd, and what I really thought was neat is that they have other specialized Vet doctors (idk if in same company) so nice to know that if needed everything is right there in the same plaza . I give them a huge thumbs up!!!! I am super appreciative that we found them!

the fountains of boynton animal hospital is a five star facility.. dr. dell is so kind, knowledgeable, answers all questions.... talks about preventable measures. i felt when i left there my pup got an excellent well dog exam and was given medication to catch up on his vaccines....
