We adopted our 1st rescue from here a year and a half ago, and our perfect fit was a 12 years old female cat, and we absolutely love her. Now almost 14 years old, she still acts like a teenager. What surprised us was the zero $ fee because of her being a senior. Especially since we think she is absolutely priceless 🐈

Took my siblings to return their dog because it wasn’t a right fit. They were very distraught and were sobbing in the lobby. The employee made them feel horrible about returning the dog. She told them that if they won’t put in the work they shouldn’t get a dog. They put tons of work into this dog. Then she told them they were abandoning her and told us we could leave. I will never be back

The experience was great. Great friendly staff and helpful and professional. The humane society is in need of an upgrade. More space with better quality facilities. In 1970 it was probably a nice little building, but it's time for an upgrade. For the animals and for the good people who take care of the animals. Thanks for my adopted puppy (Tap) who we renamed Ranger for his new home.

This place was so incredibly clean. They are so welcoming and gave us plenty of time with our new forever family member. Definitely stop in, they might have exactly who you're looking for! 2 month update! Look at this little girl living her best life! Please adopt, it's so worth it.

I love the work they do collaborating with other local agencies to rescue dogs. Had a pricing special running after a large seizure, but were not given the discounted price (we were happy to pay it, but still) and were not responsive to messages as expected when we inquired about another dog from the same seizure. Would have preferred more helpful information on the dog we were rescuing when we went to meet him. Overall though, we got an amazing senior “special needs” dog that we are so thrilled to be part of our family.
