I am a 63 year old male I grew up in Midland all my life had many many dogs and cats I've already adopted three dogs in the last 15 years from Midland County opted one about a year ago go there every day on my lunch hour for the last 2 months to find a new dog and was turned down I keep my dogs in a kennel outside during the day while I'm at work in a 2 inch thick insulated foam dog houses inside their own private barn with electric lights electric water dishes doors on their coops private runs and I might mention they have to go up North with me every weekend and I was turned down because my dog was going to be outside I cannot believe that place that place sucks . somebody needs to take a good look at that place because it sure is not being run correctly I think they try hard but I think they need some Direction I raise kids grandkids chickens pigs dogs cows horses and now I can't get a dog go figure. And then to have some girl under the age of 18 stand there and tell me that I don't know how to treat a dog how to raise a dog kind of like getting slapped right in the face

Had some volunteers at petsmart tell me that i didnt have to pay to reserve my cat and that in 48 hours someone would call and most likely deliver her to me (had to contact my landlord to make sure its okay to have cats first, which is very cat friendly) and i would just pay when she arrived. Ive left a voicemal and its been over 48 hours, still no returned call or cat. Unprofessional.
