I’ve always had great experiences with this vet when it comes to the doctors, staff, and nurses. I think their prices are reasonable and they’re not money hungry people. I am leaving this review specifically because i love Tiffany!!!! She’s so sweet and welcoming and overall makes my lil skittish dog more and more comfortable every time. Great addition to Siena!

My 5 year old Papillion's Trachea was damaged during a teeth cleaning at another vet. Sienna Animal Hospital diagnosed the issue right away and also noticed my dog had conjunctivitis which the other vet missed as well. He is now healthy and his playful self!

Most of the staff were great, helpful, and pleasant! However, the vet I met with was a smug, condescending, and passive aggressive jerk. Unfortunately I can't specify more colorful, yet accurate, verbiage on this review, but so it goes! My dog has a new rash I went to check out. When it came time to discuss the diagnosis, the vet must have had a difficult decision whether to start the conversation with me in a constructive manner, or to come at me with a holier-than-thou/argumentative attitude. He chose the latter because being pleasant is a chore apparently. No quicker way to lose my business. My pup and I will be finishing his treatment elsewhere! Also, check if your prescribed medication is available online for much cheaper!

I discovered Siena when my previous vet was difficult to schedule an appointment for, and just became too far for my car anxious dog. He's had a couple issues in the past, and I've been able to get him in relatively quickly all times. The waiting room is almost always empty, they get the patients in their rooms swift, I assume so there isn't any problems with each other! I'm appreciative of that especially having a reactive dog myself. We found a lump on my dog, which coincided with his yearly checkup. They examined it and took a sample of it. A week later we found out it was cancerous, and they scheduled an appointment 2 weeks later to remove it. They did a great job! He's got some extra skin bumped up on his back, but he's healthy and that's all that matters. Thank you Siena!!

I took my dog to Dr Keeney for her preventive care/regular checkup appointment. She was coming due on her shots soon. Dr Keeney's attitude was less than desirable. She used profanity multiple times during the appointment in front of my children as well and was extremely degrading in the way she spoke to me. She then went on to suggest tripling my dog's allergy medicine and DGD meds for no reason. Symptoms have been controlled and have been for 4 years. She then proceeded to suggest extensive bloodwork and other medical treatment that made zero sense to me. After leaving I researched and took my dog to the vet we used prior and drove the extra distance. That vet agreed with everything I saw online. I will never trust this place with my pets.

I come here on behalf of a client, who is very pleased with the wonderful services they provide to keep her 21yr old doggy going, as well as another companion who is now waiting for her on that colorful bridge. I've seen so much care and compassion come through with how they handle delicate circumstances, and making sure the owner understands what's happening, and given informed options that are assisting with what can be difficult choices.
