Dr. Oz is a dedicated skilled Veterinarian he takes the time to assess both our German Shepherds Sarah & Austin and his Vet assistant is very good at handling and recommending vaccines/meds for our dogs. The entire staff is kind & welcoming! He’s great at early intervention and diagnosis for possible medical issues! Dr. Meg is caring, attentive, and so generous with her time and expertise! She has poured so much time and energy into treating my sick parakeet, Penny. You can tell that she has a genuine love of all animals, and she has gone above and beyond to help me care for Penny. I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Meg and everyone at this office!!

We started using East Bradford in the fall when we rescued our dog Archie. East Bradford has been wonderful as his vet provider - from answering calls of concerned new dog owners, being able to get in quickly when an appointment is needed, to great customer service and bedside manner to Archie when he’s being seen. We are very thankful we have found such a great practice! Archie has seen multiple of the doctors here and all of them have been great.

Exceeded my expectations! I brought my hamster in to get his teeth trimmed, and I looked at around 5 other clinics and everywhere else was so expensive, I was so anxious about the cost, but this place was not only a help to me financially, but were so nice! I was greeted with smiles, and Dr. Toby was so wonderful to my hamster(Pacov) and I. Definitely will be going here again, and highly recommend it to everyone! :)

Fantastic vet! They were extremely helpful with our dog when we first got him and they are very good at returning calls. We’ve had a few issues with our dog and with my wife and I being big worriers they have been extremely patient. Whenever we’ve had to take him in everyone has been so nice.

The Dr’s and techs love the animals. We felt that love when we first took our puppy at 9 weeks, we even recommended them to our neighbors who got a new puppy shortly after we did. We scheduled a surgery for our boy to be neutered and received a “text confirmation” stated CHLOE was scheduled to be spayed! We have ROCKY, a male puppy to be neutered. I call in to correct the error, they take my phone number and say oh ok, I see your pets name is SHELBY! NO, we have a Rocky and a Lola. I’m very concerned at this point that the wrong dog and stats are associated with my name and number. I then go to fill out the surgical paperwork and “the site is down” the tech is one the phone going over the form and asks me, can “I will initial the consent form for you” illegal and unethical. I go through the paperwork and at the end express my concern about the lack of organization and communication and potential danger this could put my dog in going into a serious surgery. I hang up and get a call from the surgeon, thinking this is going to be a “he’s on good hands call” instead I was spoken to so rudely and told my concerns were not valid just “simple mistakes” that have nothing to do with his care. We have canceled the surgery. The same issue happened to my neighbor there last week, went in for an appointment wrong dog, attached to her appointment….”hahaha” oops! They say! No, if you don’t have the correct dog with the correct owner in your system and this is consistently happening how can we trust that our pets are receiving the proper meds, shots, surgeries and care!? This is dangerous and the staff refuse to accept accountability instead I was called combative and rude….we will be reporting these incidents as well. Please be careful and diligent….
