I wasn’t going to post my review of my opinion but I will do the best I can to nicely. This is a wonderful clinic to take your pets too, the nurses and staff are caring and serious about the care of your pets. However working here, my experience wasn’t the greatest. The reason why I up and left so quickly is because it seemed like when I was training and I made some mistakes the techs would seem to get a bit stressed out with me and because of that I doubted myself a lot. Dr H, as soon as I decided to leave ( in the employee handbook it stated that I can terminate my employment whenever) he blew my phone up about how he gave me chances etc which I really appreciate it a lot. However he was rude to me and told me to refine from the veterinary field. Just so everyone knows, don’t let nobody get to you like that. That was rude of dr H and otherwise he’s a great doctor and I may have not been the most “perfect employee” but I did the best I could with everything going on with myself. Now I’m back together mentally and physically and despise DR H doubting me with the vet field, I’m actually in school now taking vet med very seriously. So joke on you dr h. Otherwise everyone, this is a good decent place to take you pets since they really do care but working here it could be a 50/50 just depends on how your experience goes. For me it just didn’t work out. Otherwise, great clinic, great treatment, great staff.

I'm so picky about how my golden retriever is groomed, and without fail, they do an incredible job here. Today, they spent extra time with her because she was scared of the dryer, and they wanted to make sure that it was a pleasant experience for her. :) I would recommend this clinic as a groomer for anyone. My parents use them as a vet as well, and have only had pleasant experiences.

They were very helpful in a difficult situation with my cat. RIP Winston!! My regular vet was out sick and they squeezed me in originally for an appointment I unfortunately did not end up needing. They were very kind and compassionate and they are handling the cremation of my beloved pet. I never felt rushed, pressured, or misunderstood on the phone or in person. They have several late night hours which is helpful for working people. The office was not crowded even at 6 on a weeknight. Spoke with another couple who came in and they had very positive things to say overall about the care their dog had received there. Lots of parking although the nearby Amish market right before Christmas or Easter might make parking a challenge for a few days but that's the exception. I would recommend this vet. Down the road if (when) I get another 🐈 cat I would take him or her to this vet. UPDATE JULY 2024: Took my new cat SHEBA (well I had her for about 11 months first), for a rabies shot and nail clip and general checkup. They were prompt and efficient. Took time to answer my questions. Sheba apparently even behaved for her nail clipping which she never does for me. The waiting area and vet rooms were immaculate, and I felt like everyone there from the vet to the techs to the receptionist really cares about your pet. They even sent a signed sympathy card after I picked up Winston's memorial paw print. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!! PS-love your humans and love your pets. You never know when you will no longer have the chance.

Amazing and thorough Doctor, friendly and knowledgeable vet techs/front desk every single time, wouldn’t go anywhere else with our dogs. Always appointments that works for family’s schedules (after hours). Great communication with explaining directions and medications. You can tell they love what they do. Thank you Animal Clinic, you guys are all amazing!!! Could not recommend enough!

I was able to get an appointment quick and felt my dog Fenrir was treated amazingly! The staff were so paitent with him and actually cared to listen to what I had to say. I live in Norristown which is a drive but I will definitely be making this our regular vet for my two dogs.
