Description At the Chester County Cat Hospital, we are devoted to providing your cat with compassionate care and the highest quality medical services. Established in 1997, the hospital has been designed to minimize stress that can interfere with healing and your cat's general well-being. We are a small animal hospital which allows us to offer very personal service (you will never feel rushed) in a quiet and "homey" environment. We are so appreciative of the Chester County Cat hospital’s expertise and sensitivity towards our cat while we had to make the difficult decisions regarding her care. They were accommodating and flexible to our cat’s needs and ours. Including their patience with my rowdy toddler who had to come with us to a sick visit. Everyone was so compassionate from the coordinators at their front desk, on the phones, and all of the vet staff involved in our cat’s care. We feel Very grateful to have this wonderful business in our community.

I wanted to leave a review because I am shocked that anyone has negative reviews for this place. I have been bringing my cat here for a few years, and before that my parents brought my childhood cats here. Everyone here has always been lovely and accommodating. When my cat needed to have full dental extractions, the pricing was reasonable and the vet took the time to explain to me exactly how the procedure went and what at home care I would need to do. I had some issues after the surgery with my cat not eating and having diarrhea. The front desk staff were very patient with me, even when I ended up calling multiple times a week for over a month with different concerns and issues. I needed a follow up appointment when he wasn't eating, and they scheduled me very last minute and didn't even charge me for the appointment or the fluids they gave him. My cat is very anxious at the vet and the staff have always been so gentle with him. I will bring my cats here as long as I live in the area.

Dr. Stadler and the entire staff are incredible. Highly recommend this vet, even if you’re not in West Chester.

I don't think I'll ever take my current cat or any future kitties anywhere else. My little Boris has been a very sick kitten every since I got him Dr. Stadler has been so amazing and understanding. She will even call me on her day off if his lab results come in to give me an update, and when he was having some breathing issues they called every single day to check up on him to make sure he was alright before his appointment. Everyone from the front deck to the techs are always so friendly and kind, they know my little guy and come out to see him when we visit and he even get's a toy and a treat when he's all done which I know Boris loves. The office itself is quiet, calm and clean every time we go and the rooms are the same way. They make a point to keep the visits are stress free as possible. If you have a kitty even if it's just for their yearly check up there is nowhere better. <3

The staff at the cat hospital is very nice and empathic. My cat was put down and the doctor explained everything and gave me extra time with my cat. I felt like they really cared and made it easier for me and my family. They are also affordable and helped me and my cat Zumi. The lady with the purple hair was very nice and gave me and my cat comfort she was very gentle with him and soothed him. Rest in peace Zumi❤️
