I chose Oakcrest because they had an immediate opening for my fur baby. I am so thankful I went with them. I ended up having to put our family dog to rest after the first visit. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful, including the front desk. I would recommend Dr. Ocampo to anyone looking for pet care. He was so sensitive and kind through this tough decision. He took his time explaining everything in detail. He even got down on the floor with my children and helped them as my dog passed.

I had the BEST experience today at Oakcrest! Took my entire litter of puppies in and they made us all so comfortable during our visit! Dr Terry and Leslie were the sweetest to my babies! Even the girls at the front desk made us all feel so loved! The pricing for my litter was super affordable as well! Can’t wait to switch clinics and let them meet my own babies and I’m hoping my puppies forever families stay with Oakcrest as well! Thank you everyone!!! ❤️

Great veterinarian hospital. The techs and vets that work there are some of the best I've ever seen and they genuinely care about and love on every animal that comes through the door. I've been taking my pets here for over 2 years and the cleanliness and professionalism is top notch. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who lives on the West side of town.

The absolute best vet office. Dr. Dugan & Dr. Terry have been instrumental in the health of all my dogs. They’ve been there every step of the way, providing the best care. Their clinic gives the best care, and treats my pets as if they are their own. I can’t praise them enough.

We were new to town and was told about Oakcrest by multiple friends. We are so thankful to have found them! The staff at Oakcrest is always pleasant and informative about everything going on with our two pups! We have gone through emergent dental assistance, routine check ups, and have an upcoming surgery for one of our pups coming soon & I know & trust we will be well taken care of as we have in the past! Thank you Oakcrest staff for all you have done for our 2 dogs and giving us a peace of mind that our dogs are being well taken care of!

I had to put my older Pomeranian Coco to sleep. Since the moment I called the staff was very professional and considerate. The lady who answered the phone gave me her condolences before we even talked about the services they provided. When he was taken in, everyone was very friendly and understanding. I was able to handle the service the same day. Today I received a card in the mail signed by all the staff about my loss. Completely amazing experience given the circumstances. I definitely recommend this place to anyone with a pet. Thank you so very much for your professional and kindness.
