Staff is usually limited, which is understandable in the current economy, but I am typically able to get assistance from someone within a couple of minutes (I often buy crickets, which are dispensed as requested). Prices are competitive, and employees are very helpful when assistance is needed. Only detractors are occasionally limited inventory on certain items and the slight challenge in getting assistance.

Workers were helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of option, found everything I needed for my adult cat and kitten. I like the refillable litter. Generally, prices are cheaper than others I’ve seen.

I am pleased you still carry the Swheat kitty litter - it is the best. The selection of sizes seems to be down a bit - supplier issues? I hope it does not go away. I also appreciate the help loading the bag into my car. Thank you.

Although Petco did a great job cleaning my dogs, ears and trimming his nails, their flea and tick bath (which contain pesticides) gave my dog a systemic bacterial infection all over his skin. I noticed the day after he got his bath, and he was covered in lesions and in pain to the point where he wouldn’t even eat. I am grateful they picked up the cost of his medical bills, but I will not be taking him here again.

It was our first visit with our rescue dog who came from a hoarding situation. We gave a staff member a heads-up that she is not very socialized, and she helped us make sure that our Lulu and the other patrons were kept safe. In the end, Lulu had a great time , got lots of toys, treats and necessities, and our experience was terrific! I wish I had caught the name of the blonde lady that helped us (she also rang us up), but she made our visit great! Please thank her for us!

The employees here are very helpful and friendly. The lady who helped me and my pup Lucky found a harness that fit him properly and put it on him and showed me how to put ot on and remove it.
