East Wichita petsmart- I spoke with management today about my dog getting fleas, and they didn’t offer any help. They charged more than $80 for a simple grooming appointment, no flea or tick shampoo, and she returned with fleas. Now she is vomiting and unable to sit still and I’m not able to resolve anything the only solution she had was to get the problem resolved and the management didn’t offer any help. Thanks petsmart we are now broke and can’t afford the vet or treatment for the FLEAS she came home with from PETSMART just this last week. This shouldn’t happen it’s 2024 and we don’t have the kind of cash on hand in this economy for this

We just left PetSmart and a young white couple ran out of the store stealing a bag of dog food and other items. We felt so bad for the lady at cash register. Attached is the getaway vehicle. Low life people. Get a freaking job and pay for your stuff.

Just got done with my 6 week beginner dog training course. Nicole was great and patient with my dog and had a great attitude. Highly recommended!

I went in to get my dog some shampoo, I was followed around the store by some lady. I didn't press the issue, I ain't saying it's racism, but Im definitely saying it was discrimination. Although that claim will be denied, I am leaving this review in hopes the staff at this establishment will get a good talking to. I won't be returning to this location.

We had to return an online purchase that was shipped to our house.We had accidentally made that same order three times that day. So we didn't',t need that much dog food by any means. We told them the situation on our arrival at the store and they had no problem with us returning it and there were no questions asked. You just don't get that to happen very often these days. The employees were very kind and courteous and very helpful. A nice experience overall.

Went in to get a fish tank for my 8 year olds first fish. The lady who helped us was awesome! We're all set up now and we'll be going back to get a fish when the tank is ready.
