I took my 6 year old Labrador to Dr. Winter for a root canal on his canine, and I could not be more happy with how well they took care of him! He is very special to me, so I only want the best for him. Dr. Winter and Laramie were so kind and answered all my questions, making me feel very at ease with everything! I also greatly appreciated that they were able to get him done the same day as my consultation, as well as get him home to me early, as I live over an hour away. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking specialty dental work for their pets!

We have called multiple times begging for help because our dog is literally dying, she is extremely sick. (We believe she got into something she wasn’t suppose to.) They refuse to help us because we don’t have $160 up front, we asked if they would take $70 right now just to save her life. The lady was extremely rude to my fiancé. They do not care about animals, all they care about is money. I 100% do not recommend. Update.. our baby passed away because we could get no help. Please find a vet that cares about animals and not the price tag.

The kindness I was shown here with my kitten Tara touched my heart. We were doing our best and didn’t have the resources to run more tests. The vet came out and had a talk with me about possible things wrong. She felt my pain and it was the first time in so long someone showed me compassion in my situation. I just had back surgery and was on my second day of work after five months of no pay. I will never forget that. And Tara is doing amazing. She made it through and is our little miracle.

I’ve never experienced that great of care before aside from my current primary vet. Everyone there was pleasant and obviously loves their job. Surgeon spoke to me directly and constantly communicated with me. I’m very happy with this service and relieved that my baby girl was taken care of.

3rd trip here I less than 24hrs! Took care of our dog after 4.5 hrs. Didn't complain. Forgot to give us our supplement and went back in to get only to be told he'd already had 2 so it'd be cheaper to get at our own vet. Only place I can find is at Walmart and will be a week! Went back at 2:00 and 45 minutes later was told they couldn't give me a supplement I can get at Walmart because the Dr. that prescribed it didn't come back until 6:00! A SUPPLEMENT!!! Then, they were too call me when it was ready and NEVER CALLED! Went back at 7:20 only to wait again because they hadn't done anything!

I cannot recommend this hospital enough! Me and my husband brought our kitten here and the staff did everything they could to save him. Despite their efforts, he ended passing from fading kitten syndrome. We were absolutely devastated, I was a wreck in the clinic. But I was overwhelmed with how caring and compassionate the staff was during our time of loss. These people truly care about the work they do and it shows in the care that they provide. RIP Gizmo ❤️
