Staff is always so friendly and the office is always clean despite all the animals in and out! My dog is not dog friendly, and the staff always works with us to be sure everyone is safe. They make sure the other pets are in their rooms or have checked out and left the building before we enter, then we go right in, get him weighed and go straight to our own exam room! Then they check the back area before taking him back for treatment. Dr is soooo nice and great about explaining what’s going on. They even ‘treated’ my little one’s stuffed puppy that he brought with us. They truly are the best all around!! ❤️

LOVE Dr. Holly and staff! Our dog actually likes going in there to see them. During our appointments they all make us and my our baby feel as though she is their only concern. Focused in on her care! Our primary veterinarian recommended Dr. Holly as supplemental treatments because our vet does not do those specialties. We never feel slighted because our dog is not one of their "regular" patients. Chiropractic and acupuncture treatments have done wonders for our 12 year old gal She still walks everyday and plays like a youngster! We acknowledge their contributions to her good health from the great treatments she's received at Northridge. We are very grateful!

I had an emergency with my kitten and the staff at North Ridge was able to fit me in for an appointment on the same day. This was my first time at this location and I was so pleased. I was greeted, immediately placed in a warm, and each member of their team was kind and compassionate. I appreciated how knowledgeable everyone was and how efficiently they handled my baby girl’s situation. I was even fortunate enough to be able to get surgery same day for her. I’m so grateful for them being so attentive and helpful during this time. That type of service makes a huge difference!

Northridge Vet clinic is amazing! They have taken care of all our pets, both dogs and now cats. They helped us through the grieving process when we had to put our dogs down and were absolutely incredible. They are caring and compassionate and always give you the options before making you feel forced into a decision. I would recommend them 100%!

Dr. Danielle is hands-down the most kind, compassionate, and smart Veterinarian we have ever had! The entire staff at NorthRidge is amazing. They helped our older dogs at times when they needed more care and compassion. We are so thankful we found Dr. Danielle and the entire team! If you’re thinking about changing vets, even if they aren’t the most convenient for you, they are the best!

Dr. Holly Smith was recommended to us by our regular vet when our dog started having issues with her spine. I was very impressed with Dr. Smith and the amount of time she spent with us. She did some chiropractic adjustments along with acupuncture with results being noticeable immediately. I highly recommend anyone who’s pet is suffering with spine issues see Dr. Smith. Grateful that there is someone with her experience and expertise.in our area.
