Great clinic, and here's a quick guide for people not in the know: This is not a full service clinic, it's generally for microchipping, vaccinating or fixing your cat/dog. I'm very grateful that such services exist, my regular vet charged $200+ for neutering and had specific requirements that this clinic doesn't have. That said, you do pay for what you get, it's not going to come with great convenience, extras or frills that a vet would charge 2x-3x the price for. If you need to spay or neuter your cat/dog, be sure to book your appt in advance because both locations are pretty popular for obvious reasons. You also need to ensure your cat is up to date on vaccinations including rabies certification. I got my appointment for my male kitten 1 mth out and my female kitten 12 days out. It really depends on how busy they are. My appointments were at 7:05am and 7:35am respectively, though the clinic was open before 7am and I could check in earlier and wait comfortably. They were both done by 3pm and I picked both up around 4pm after work. Also, if you have a cat, please get a HARD carrier. There's a real reason why the clinic recommends it. We took my male kitten in this soft carrier pictured, and he was very upset once he was out of sedation. We put him in the carrier and in our dark, cool bathroom as instructed, but he wanted out so yes, he got out! He clawed and pushed his way out and damaged the soft carrier. Hard carrier, no problem! Lastly, cones are not included, you can buy a cone there or get your own cone. We got 3 of our own cones for my male kitten and here he is looking like a sad sunflower. 🌻 -------------- Overall, it's been a great, smooth experience here for my two kittens, got them both fixed and my female kitten vaccinated here. When you go in, you're greeted at the front door and the check-in process is seamless. You're then asked to either go to the cat room or dog room depending on your pet. From there, it's a quick wait till your number is called, and your pet gets carried away, and you can go off about your day if your pet is getting fixed. Then later in the afternoon, they text or call you to pick your pet up, and once you pick your pet up, you'll get a list of specific instructions for the after care. I also asked them tons of questions and everything was answered quickly. For vaccinating my female kitten, we were there at 2:20pm on a Sunday, and were done in 30 mins, with the actual procedure being 5 mins. So, it depends on how busy they are, and it is what it is. Definitely the to-go place for efficient and affordable pet vaccines and fixing!

I absolutely appreciate everything you did for our family. There was no issues, everything was honest, well done and they are so very happy and healthy. I AGREE WITH VACC, THEN SURGERY PLAN. Pricey, but worth it (maybe have a twins pricing plan). Awesome concept although. I will absolutely return when I find another dumpster kitty. Also, I am really sorry your vet tech got maimed by DeeDee (grey one), she hasn't changed much. But thank you for making sure she can't make more cats that mean. ❤️🤣🤣and Dexter.... what balls? He is over it. Lol

It's crazy in there but worth every penny. Everyone is so attentive, so their system goes really quick! All the staff from the front door, front desk, waiting room, administering the vaccines, and clipping nails are super nice to the owner and the animal! Plus, Rusty got to meet a whole bunch of doggy friends he had never met. They all harmonized beautifully!!

Always a great experience here. The staff is so nice and professional. They do an excellent job of handling the huge Flux of customers that come in. You can tell that they really love animals and take good care of them. We have 2 small dogs and we go every 3 months for nail trims, anal gland expression and shots when needed. Our dogs are used to the friendly staff and don't mind going. It's also way more affordable than going to a private vet. We go to the regular vet for everything else as needed, but for this stuff we always come here. They have a QR code you can scan to pre-check in before you go, which is great. It reserves your space in line and sends you updates via text, so you always know how long the wait will be.

It’s weird the front desk people won’t allow you to pay with TAP / APPLE PAY even though the device has a picture of tap pay on it , Saying it won’t show on their receipts ? Next time there should be a sign that’s says we don’t accept tap to pay , also if a device isn’t showing you paid on the receipt it needs to be sent out to be serviced or call your provider to fix the card Machine , it’s not normal Your payment won’t show up when you batch out the card reader or maybe they don’t want to pay the fee for tap to pay … also if you’re with another person it’s better for that person to sit outside or drop you off and wait because staff comes around and says you can’t take up extra seats , that only one person from your party is able to sit down, which I didn’t see a sign at all stating that? If you’re with someone elderly or someone who doesn’t speak the language they’ll just have to fend for themselves because seating is limited …I understand that this is a low cost center but if you have extra money just go somewhere else . It’s just very disorganized. Please Come on your day off, because you’ll be waiting a long time and require payment upfront , then you have to wait longer .
