Just adopted my kitten from this shelter on Monday! This place is AMAZING! Everything is so clean and all of the animals are super healthy and calm. I had the best experience and was able to talk to someone about exactly what I was looking for and they were able to match me up with a couple kitties! The process was super easy and they made me feel so loved and excited as getting a new pet is always so exciting! 10/10 recommend and my kitten is so healthy and so cuddly he is the BEST. Thank you Tri-City🩷🩷

A couple of days ago I lost my dog and was very worried if she would be okay. Thankfully, this animal shelter took her in and took good care of her. She was well feed and she was very happy. The customer service was also amazing. The lady in the front desk named Devin was very nice and even gave me a new free leash. She is a big reason I’m leaving this review for her kindness. Thank you animal shelter and thank you Devin.

Devin/Devon was able to assist me to retrieve my husky. She was very friendly and surprised how calm and chill my dog is. I am super happy that I was able to retrieve him quickly!

You can’t just come in you have to make an appointment. If you are not computer savvy how are you supposed to do this? Nobody ever answers the phone. Put more money into the shelter!

I’ve volunteered for quite a few shelters and this by far lacks in every way. I have filled out application twice in 2 years, yet to hear from them. I’m going to HSSV Milipitas as always.
