ACE provides high-quality personalized care for our pets. They don't only remember you: they remember your pets, what they are like, and how you relate to them. Dr. Vu and her staff accommodates regular and emergency cases very well, and gives very clear, well thought-out medical advice. They also provide excellent written follow-ups. We highly recommend this practice!

Not sure what’s up with Ace of late. Closed for a time. Got email to order with discount from Covetrus from Ace. Ordered but now their webpage is down and calls to Ace go to VM and then automatically hang up. Something off and I’ve used them for years. Guess it’s time to find a new vet. Update: you can see their response to my review below. Call us they say. They clearly haven’t even followed up on my review by checking their phone. Their phone still goes to VM and then hangs up on you. This is not a business being taken care of, so why should I let them take care of my pet? Not even sure they’re open, but even if they’re not, I won’t be going back. As another reviewer notes. Ace used to be OK. Several years got bought out and as is often the case, once corporately run it’s downhill from there.

While I am truly grateful for the dedication and urgency displayed by the doctors and nurses, I was dismayed by the receptionist's cold and dismissive behavior. We have a husky in a life-threatening situation and urgently needing medical attention. On the way there, we called to inform them the situation. However, the receptionist only responded coldly said they are booked for the day and turning us away. Thankfully, the doctors promptly intervened and rushed to help. Saving lives should always be treated as the highest priority.

Sign on door says they closed down. No message on phone. I really liked Dr Vu but they should have sent a notice to let their customers know! Now what?
