Just wanted to share my experience! I just flew from NC to Frankfurt! On 4/14 I called American Airlines because I was flying out of Charlotte straight to Frankfurt on 4/18. I called to ensure once again my pup had a spot on check baggaged. After a long and frustrating conversation I thought everything was great until the lady told me that it looked like it was going to be too hot for my pup to fly cargo. I got into stress mode and called pets4jets. Long story short, pets4jets went above and beyond for me in 3 short days to ensure my pup had a flight from ATL to FRA on same day I flew. Because I was also getting car shipped day prior to flying, they picked up my baby from Fayetteville on Wednesday night and had her to airport Thursday. I was stressed beyond belief but Hayley was reassuring the whole time and mr. Hall sent me videos and pics when he picked up Lucy and when he was at airport!! I can’t thank them enough for making this happen in such a short notice and to know my baby was in good hands!! I picked up Lucy 3 hours after I landed in Frankfurt and she was happy, healthy, and so ready to be out of the kennel!! THANK YOU @pets4jets for taking such incredible care of my precious baby!!!
For anyone looking for help with your pets, please look into Pets4Jets. We did tons of research on our own, considered a few different ways and nothing seemed reasonable for what we needed. We reached out to Pets4Jets and they honestly went above and beyond. They worked with us on everything. The whole process was so much easier. Every question answered, extremely friendly atmosphere, and just good people. They even got us in touch with a broker on the UK side so no steps were missed. Definitely recommend them for your animal shipping needs. For more details we shipped a cat 9lbs and a dog about 100lbs
Hayley and her crew at Pets4 are absolutely wonderful! I just picked up my baby girl at Heathrow airport yesterday and the experience couldn’t have been easier. I was updated every step of the way. They sent me a video of her before she left and the people on the other end assured us she was there safe when she got there. Thank you so much everyone! We were set to move to Hawaii with our two cats, however, upon arrival to LAX and Hawaiian airlines, we were told we would not be able to fly our two cats. We went through all the right channels to make sure there would not be any issues with flying the cats. By the time we were told and all other options were exhausted we had 30 minutes to make our flight, the only flight we would be able to make until four days later. This wasn’t for a vacation, it was a move. We called Pets for Jets and within 15 minutes they arrived to the LAX airport and got our cats, our cats arrived the very next morning, not even 24 hours later. It was such a great experience with this company. They went above and beyond for our two cats and made it possible for us to make our flight.
Do NOT use this company!!!!!! Hayley failed to check our paperwork & now our poor dogs are held in Frankfurt airport (4 days so far) & new health checks are having to be sent over from US. We are devastated & we are getting charged $300 a day until they can be released. This is a nightmare & shes blamed everyone but herself. We are a military family & this is a slap in the face. Dont trust this woman with your pets.
I handed Hayley and her partner a perfectly happy dog yesterday around 11am. They drove him to LA and dumped him at a kennel. They will not tell me the name of this kennel. Hayley was not able to secure a booking or an “okay to forward”. This is while my dog was in their hands/in LA. My dog started becoming aggressive in this kennel, and now she is saying they are unwilling to ship him…? Reminder - she was unable to secure a ticket. She fought with me all day yesterday, because yes, I did not pay them 5k to drive him and dump him at a kennel in LA. No refund or apology has been issued. They still have my dog and my $5250. They have blocked me on cell phone and social media. Supposedly they are driving my dog back to Phoenix, but I have no idea when/where they are. Do not believe the lies you will hear from the sales person. They all change once the charge you $. I am regretting not listening to my gut instinct or the other bad reviews. These are the trashiest people. They still have my dog, I do not know where they have him or if they even have him. I have no idea what to do.
