I brought my cat Ash here who was treated for a urinary blockage. Unfortunately my kitty blocked multiple times and had to stay at Frisco EC for nearly a week, but I couldn’t have asked for a more caring staff to leave him with. I visited daily and every single staff member provided professional care, was very knowledgeable and was able to put me at ease. I cannot recommend them enough if your pet is in need of emergency care. Honestly I just wish they were a regular vet so I could take all my pets here!

Amazing from the start! I called ahead and provided information and had a room ready for me when I got there. The doctors give you a notice of the wait times (severity of cases does play a factor in who gets treated first) and was told it would be a 2-4 hour wait(ended up being around 2 hours). I was fine waiting that and the vet techs came into the room anytime I would press the call button. When the doctor was finally ready to see my pet I got a detailed outline stating how much both options would cost. We wanted to avoid the surgery route at all costs and the doctors warned me there was a slim chance based on history of the foreign body passing and surgery may be necessary. My dog turned out to be in the small percentage group and was able to flush the object. The doctors give 2 courtesy calls a day and also answered my calls to check in on him each time I called. Thank you Dr. Stafford and Dr. Vera! They were both very knowledgeable and I am happy with my experience with them. I was given a tour of where my dog would be during his stay overnight and was very happy the vet techs sent me pictures of my dog. As I was discharging my pet there were 2 different families who came in and their dogs were immediately taken back based on what they communicated to help get them started on treatments. Will be coming back if anything ever happens again!

Our sweet Doodle had a pretty bad laceration on her leg, so we chose to return to Frisco Emergency Pet Care due to prior care that was excellent. This trip was great and the staff was amazing and caring! I was terrified to leave her over night but they reassured me that she would be fine…Also very informative through the entire process..

This place was amazing these last few days with my Chihuahua Hemi! He had heart failure and without their expertise and help he would have died. They were so nice!!! The place was extremely clean. The employees from the front lobby to the nurses to the doctors all treated me with respect and explained everything they did in detail that I (not a Dr) understood! They sent nightly photos and called with any updates and today I was able to bring home my baby boy!! Thank you so much to the staff!! Pricing was extremely affordable for everything they did…. Vet care obviously isn’t cheap but they were upfront with everything and 1/4 of the price quoted from the other emergency vet. ❤️

Like many others have mentioned, FEPC went above and beyond today for my fur baby Grizz. I took him in because he wasn’t eating or drinking, and come to find out he was suffering with severe kidney stones and kidney damage. I had to make the decision no pet parent wants to make and put him down, but we were treated with care and compassion by the doctor, who extremely patient and kind. Thank you for taking care of my baby and treating him with love on his final day 😔💔

We had to euthanize our Doodle, Moose last night and it was our first time having to do that. It was late and this clinic was recommended by our Vet. It was a great experience from start to finish, given the circumstance. Our vet called ahead so when we got there the room was already prepped. The staff was welcoming and comforting. They explained every step of the process, they let us have our time, and were comforting when it came time to let him go. Not a great circumstance but we definitely recommend this clinic if you have to make that decision!
