I've been taking my two cats to this location for a couple of years now. Generally I would have rated 4.5 stars for transparent pricing, easy appointments, and generally good care. Today I am rating the full five stars because the vet tech Cienna noted my cat was very nervous and sat with him until he had calmed down a lot. Best vet visit we've had in a while

Dr. Marius is a great doctor and his staff is amazing excluding Shelby. Shelby is very rude and not patient when listening to customers or when communicating. Shelby is always in a hurry when talking to clients rushing everyone in what their need is when he’s doing absolutely nothing but just sitting at the front desk. Shelby is un professional and doesn’t care about your passing dog or pet. Shelby on the phone would talk as if it’s a bidding war through the phone when trying to ask a question which was impossible with his attitude. Problems that are at home shouldn’t be brought at work. Shelby forgets that he eats for what his clients pay for at the vet which isn’t cheap. Shelby should be replaced immediately with a person who actually is professional and loves pets and people. I had taken in my pet in for an emergency visit at Vetco in Frisco which he sadly had to be put down and as I’m passing through my loss I can hear and see how rude Shelby is treating a customer that is asking for a refill for their pet medication. Shelby was demanding on knowing what medication the elderly lady was wanting in a way that yelled anger and frustration and unprofessionalism. Shelby shouldn’t be working in this field at all and should be held accountable accordingly.

My puppy doggie and I have gone to many vetco total care clinics. The previous experiences left a bad taste in our mouths. This Frisco location has warmed my heart. From the Receptionist, to the Tech, and the Vet (whom we're over the moon for). They actively listened to our concerns, accommodated our needs, and set clear expectations. Everyone was extremely patient and kind to my puppy and me. I plan on making this our clinic!

Always very professional, informative, and caring. We’ve been taking all of our pets here for years and have always been happy with the care our dogs and cats have received! The vet took her time explaining everything and we had a great conversation. If you’re looking for a great place with great people this is the place to go!

Made an appointments for 2 dogs. I received 2 text message, confirmations: with appt for 11:15am and another message with appt 11:30AM. I arrived at 11:27am and was told by receptionist, "You are 17 mins late", let me see if the Vet will see you. Receptionist came out and said, you will have to reschedule. I couldn't believe this. I will not waste my time at this place again. Clearly this vet does not enjoy their job and was taking out a bad day on customers. I have been coming here for years. I could not believe I was being treated like this. I will update everyone with the next good customer service vet I find at a later date. If you love your dogs as I do, I do not want someone that does not enjoy their job to treat my little furballs.
