This is our fur baby's home away from home. It is her Vet, her dayboard/over night boarding, groomer and overall love and care facility wrapped in one. Dakota has been here since she was born. She turns 7 this year and we can't imagine anyone else who would be able to give her the care she deserves like Family Pet Center does. Brittany, Michael, Jordan you guys are like family to us🩵

Family Pet Center is amazing. My dog can be tricky and they always manage to get the job done, whatever it may be. I drive pretty far just to get to these guys because it’s so worth it. The receptionists deserve gold stars because they are always friendly and willing to help, especially over the phone. Where else can you find that? These guys can’t be beat when it comes to customer service and care.

Both Dr. Collins & Hannah were fantastic with my dog, Wink. Being new to the Dallas area, I needed to find a groomer who works within a veterinary practice as my 13 year old poodle has a history of seizures while getting groomed. Dr. Collins examined my dog before his grooming appointment. She was attentive and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and agreed to continue the same treatment my dog was receiving at our previous veterinary clinic. Hannah was great. Wink looks fantastic and she did everything possible to minimize the risk of seizure which, thankfully, he did not have. We will continue to use Family Pet Center for our veterinary & grooming needs.

We absolutely love FPC!! Doc Collins is awesome!! She always takes the time with us and makes sure we understand what our dogs needs. She never talks over our head and is really patient with us while we try to understand. My husband and I have 5 dogs, 3 of them are finicky around strangers but warmed up quickly to FPC staff. My mini aussie mix (who doesn't like anyone) climbed up in the vet techs lap and loved on her. I make a long drive to use them for my dogs over the local vets where I am. We won't go anywhere else now. The staff there is absolutely awesome!!

Fantastic care for my senior girls surgery recently. Was updated immediately on her progress and coming out of anesthesia (which was a concern at 14 yrs) My entire family of fur puppies has had great care. Always. Thank you! Update, sadly I recently had to let me sweet girl go as other unrelated cancer and old age (nearly 15 is OLD for a golden) The staff and doctors went above and beyond to make this process as bearable as possible. Incredibly thoughtful and knee exactly what we needed tp get through it. We cremated her and it was beautifully done. They gave us a print of her paw pads and the actual paw mold and personalized box came later. They all signed and wrote messages on the sweetest card. For so many reasons I highly recommend this office and staff for all stages and needs from beginning to end. They will be there for you and your fur babies. Thank you so much
