Thank you for taking such great care of our beloved Princess Mimi today. At almost 18 years old we want to give her the best quality of life and because we know tomorrow isn't promised we want to make sure she isn't suffering or in any pain. She means a great deal to our family. Thank you for the kindness and love that she was shown today and the compassion we were all given with her care. You can tell that the staff absolutely love working with animals. The Dr we saw today was extremely kind and comforting to our little Mimi. He didn't make us feel rushed and told us new medications for arthritis that could help gives her some pain relief and no worries of daily pain pills. The costs were discussed with us and we were given options if we couldn't afford everything that needed to be done today. I really love how easy and fast it was to book an appointment or just walk in to get service quickly. We have booked online and drive over immediately so we can get in even faster. I really love this vet clinic and medical emergency we have had over the years haven't made us feel like our bank account was robbed. Thank you again for the great care and customer service.

WOW!! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kahan and his staff. The level of professionalism and their patience to try to get Grumpee comfortable before attempting to do any blood testing/ exams was extremely impressive. I’m very used to dreading vet visits as much as she does because all vets are so quick to show irritation with her discomfort/ aggression and immediately revert to a muzzle but Dr. Kahan worked to make her comfortable before automatically trying a muzzle. We were able to draw blood, do an exam, and get vaccines all with some can cheese haha! My dog definitely does NOT like strangers by any means so watching her let them pet her annd eating cheese out of his HAND was very impressive. Everyone was extremely friendly and they genuinely cared about her stress levels. Will definitely be back and call this location our vet going forward.

Dr. Kahan was awesome, our new puppy had been coughing a lot and he knew what it was right away. He gave us medicine and showed us how to administer it. We will be coming back to him for sure!

This Office and Dr. Reid were WONDERFUL!! To set up an appointment easy and fast and my furbaby was seen w/ in 24 hrs of making the call. My cat, Jaxxie, was battling this weird cough and cold on/off for about a month, it would be there on week and gone the next, I felt like I tried everything! Vaporizers, Benadryl, heating pads, steam baths, but it seemed whatever this was, she just couldn’t seem to shake it, she had an awful cough, runny nose, tearing eyes… she just wanted to sleep, didn’t want to snuggle or play… you could tell she just felt awful🥺 After seeing Dr. Reid, and finding out that she had seen other indoor cats with this, we settled on an IM 14 day antibiotic and continued steam baths a couple times a day, and if she was not any better w/ in 48-72 hrs, that we’d follow up w/ a chest x-ray and possibly a different round of meds… By the second day Miss Jaxxie was back to her playful, goofy, snuggly self and I was SO relieved! 😊 Jaxxie is doing FANTASTIC and she’s back ruling the roost and keeping the 1yr old kittens in line 🤭 Thank you SO much to everyone at EasyVet in Frisco for helping my Jaxxiepants get back to her bright eyed self 💕 I don’t know what I would do without her! I would highly recommend this Veterinary Office to anyone!! 😊😊💕💕

I have taken my dog here 3 times for vaccines, a nail trim, and an illness. I have been satisfied each time and the vets and staff are very nice and helpful. They are more than willing to answer any questions I may have and are always available. I have never had an issue scheduling an appointment or just walking in with little to no wait time in the lobby.
