These guys are great - especially for reactive dogs! My wild girl is too spicy for most dog sitters but the staff at Blaine Kennels knows how to handle her and bring out her best self. I've boarded her with Blaine Kennels a few times now and she's always thrilled to go back.

I attended the reactive dog workshop with one of my dogs, and the experience was excellent! The owners of Blaine Kennels knew exactly how to help and I was astounded as to the immediate change in my dog's behavior when I was shown new and different ways to calmly handle situations that would routinely bring me to tears. I have since enrolled my dog in the daycare program and he continues to make progress each week. The approach is calm, kind, and effective. I am so appreciative of the owners and staff.

Blaine Kennels slogan is we’re not fancy, we’re family. It’s true. Blaine Kennels has treated us and especially our dog Flash, like family and I can’t express how much I appreciate their kindness. We’ve been bringing Flashy there since I had to go back to the office a few days a week. A few months ago, my poor three year old dog went completely blind. It’s been really hard, more on our family than on him. They have continued to welcome him with open arms. I’m so grateful that Flash is still able to get the socialization and interaction with other littles. He’s a bit more scared than he was, but he’s still feisty as ever. If we have to be away from home, this is where we board him. He also goes to daycare twice a week.

Blaine Kennels is by far the greatest facility in the Twin Cities for your fur babies. Both our dogs have the best time and are always cared for so well whether they are there for just a daycare day or extended stay. Their training programs are top notch!!

I have a reactive rescue dog. Up until our recent boarding experience at Blaine Kennels, my only option was to pay a dog sitter to stay at my house. If the dog sitter was already booked, I had to change my travel plans. My dog had a very successful first stay at Blaine Kennels, and we will definitely be back! I got text, photo, and video updates. He learned how to walk on the treadmill and how to greet other dogs politely. He also came home exhausted. We also participated in the Reactive Dog class together, and I learned a lot about how to help him be successful!

Blaine Kennels is the only place we board Mabel. 12 year old Street Dog Rescue from Thailand. The staff understands Mabel & likes her. Each member of the grew has gotten to know her & her needs. She's a 27 lb Spitz breed (possibly Indian Spitz mix). Cute but not cuddly. OXO Facilities are excellent!!!!!
