**Edit to add: Just want to give a shout out to Nick and Tim, who work at this location! They have been a blessing with helping socialize my anxious foster dog. (We live close by and pop in often to warm up during our walks.) They sit on the floor and talk with me and give her treats, & never try to touch her. ❤️ Nick and Tim are just fabulous with dogs, and very understanding of their body language and behavior. They truly deserve a raise! The staff here are lovely. They have a huge selection of food, treats, and toys.

I'm pretty disappointed as a long time customer at this specific store. I have been coming and utilizing the self-serve dog washes for a few years now and have watched as thy keep taking away from the customer as they increase the price of their washes. I used to get the 5/$25 card and now it is 5/$40 yet they are now diluting the shampoos and conditioners they provide. They have taken away the treats they used to set out and the blow dryers rarely work. They used to clean the bays in between each use, not anymore. Today I went in for a dog wash and they handed me a towel and I asked if there was a new process as I have never been given a towel before (the towels were always in the dog wash area for customers to grab themselves) they are now limiting towels to each customer and giving them to you at the register. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone thinking about bring your furbaby here for baths. Good luck, I'm over it.🐾

Brand new store just opened this month with Grand Opening in a couple of weeks. Unbelievable amount of variety in pet food. Full aquatic supplies AND fish too. Now also have birds and reptiles. Self service dog washing! Including shampoo, conditioner, towels, and dryers. Never heard of this service at ANY of the larger chains! Very supportive of local dog rescue groups. Prices are also considerably lower when you become a member of their rewards program. Reasonable dog grooming now available. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely frustrated with the online pharmacy! Tried to order meds for my dog and was notified my order was cancelled after a week. Now I need to fast track more expensive meds before I leave on a vacation! Will not even try to use this service again!!!! Otherwise, I love the store and staff!

It's taken a while to make this post, just because it's a touchy topic for us. First of all we love this store! The convenience, location and the wide variety of dog food is great! The self service dog wash is also a huge *plus*! There is always a great deal to be had here on food and having a larger variety of great brands of food makes it way easier to please a picky eater Husky. We had to rotate food brands a lot for him! In regards to the staff, they are super kind and helpful, but on top of that they are very compassionate. The reason this review took so long for me to make is because we lost our dog to terminal lymphoma and the day we said goodbye we tried to purge as much as we could to help with the grieving process. The staff here helped us return/ donate the extra bags of food we had left and didn't make the process any harder than it already was. We've gone to this location for our dog food ever since they opened and once we decided to add a new furry family member, we will definitely be back and this will be our number 1 pet supply store again!

Rewards program doesn’t work.. not many deals. Friendly service and decent variety of products.. not as dog friendly as PetCo or PetSmart. No treats for pet shoppers
