I'm a first time dog owner. They seem to be on the higher end for pricing. But paying for great customer service, staff are extremely friendly and remember your dogs which makes it more personable. Very good with animals and they really care. Feel comfortable here and that my little guy is getting the best kind of treatment! 💕

Exceptional customer service, I could get an appointment when I needed, Explained the bill. I can’t say enough about the professionalism there both the technicians and the Doctors. The Doctors take plenty of time with the animals and explain everything thing I needed to know about the care of my pet. Dr.Boothe is exceptional. I will be a client of Murray Hospital,I wouldn’t want to take my dog anywhere else.

I'm not thrilled with their customer service. I do want to point out that Dr. Boothe was great! However, dealing with the office manager and Hailey was difficult. Rude and impatient. Hailey insisted on talking over me while I explained their error. I was eventually refunded after 3 frustrating calls... I would not recommend them solely based on having to speak with those 2 individuals.

We have only been here twice. Both times were in a dire and needed to be seen right away situation and our regular vet couldn't get us in. I appreciate that the vets here care and got us in right away. They are very knowledgeable and are dedicated to helping pets.

These folks were so kind when I euthanized my old friend Sam. I had a long-term relationship with another vet but that vet "couldn't accommodate" us when we needed them most. Murray's did. And they were so respectful. I'm probably done with pets but if I ever get another cat or dog, this will be my vet.

This was our first visit to Murray Animal Hospital. I was very excited that they could get us scheduled on such short notice. We got our puppy a week ago and signed her up for training right away which is supposed to start this Sunday. However Thursday afternoon we found out from our trainer that our puppy needed a bordetella vaccine and a fecal test to start training. I called around too about six vets in the area that I've heard of before and nobody could fit us in. I then came across Murray Animal Hospital through a Google search and they were able to get us in Friday afternoon. I am actually really happy that I came across Murray Animal Hospital because we had the best experience. Not only were they able to get us in on short notice but Dr. Boothe and the rest of the staff interacted with while we were there were amazing! Dr Boothe was very personable and knowledgeable of our dog breed. She advised us of things that we should watch for and be aware of as our dog is a larger breed. She also provided us with some good tips for feeding, how to tell if she Is eating enough, picking out good trainers, treats, food etc. She was also very patience with our 2-year-old and that came along to the appointment. She gave some tips on our dog and childs interaction, and a couple of things to watch for so we know if our dog seems to need a break from our child or interactions and play in general. After the appointment we ended up having to bring home a jar for the fecal test and it was so helpful that they are open on Saturday mornings and were able to run the test and provide results within an hour. This helped us out so much so that we can start training with our girl tomorrow. I will definitely be coming back to Murray Animal Hospital for all our vet needs in the future.
