We have been taking our dogs (and bearded dragon) to VCA Bradshaw since we moved to the area four years ago, and have always received great care. They literally saved our beardie's life when she got a usually fatal fungal infection. She is still here and active as ever years later with just a couple of scars on her back to show for it. This past Mother's Day we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our senior dog, and the staff was as helpful and wonderful as they could be in such a hard time. Thank you all very much.

I have had a really difficult time finding a vet I like in the area since getting my dog. I know vet appointments in the area are super hard to come by, so we had a wait to get in but today I took my dog in to Bradshaw VCA for concerns with an ear infection. We saw doctor Anne Grey and I was VERY impressed with her. She was patient, knowledgeable and very understanding! I will continue to book with her as long as she's here! I almost don't want to leave a review in fear of her becoming overbooked!!

Our cat is urinating fine just not eating and wanting to lay down all the time. Spent over $700 on our cat with absolutely no diagnosis whatsoever. Not even an IV. Just a little electrolytes under the skin and some anti-nausea medicine and bloodwork. Nothing else! By the way... What kind of bloodwork that doesn't offer any help with diagnosis. Did offer expensive ultrasound to see whether or not he MIGHT have pancreatitis. We won't be going back to this place ever! Much better vet clinics out there that are more reasonably priced with better care, and service for your pets. IMHO

My wife and I took our dog to vca they said she had stage 2 kidney disease they said they did blood work and labs xrays they gave her one set of fluids and then they took her off one set of fluids put her on another we have to take her back twice a week for fluids they have drained my dogs body she literly skin and bones like she is emesiated is this how you treat peoples pets vca you lie and lie and you milk low income folks for money no more im done with you stay away from vca folks. No one should have to let their fur baby look like mine thanks to vca im now switching vets.

I have been dealing with this place for several months due to my puppy breaking her elbow, and I can honestly say I will NEVER go back. Let's see, they wrapped her leg wrong in the cast for 6 weeks and now her foot is crooked, they lost the microchip that I brought in for them to insert while she was in surgery, my poor dog is terrified to even set foot in the place (most likely because of that mean woman Hilda), you almost never speak to the same person, and she had her last surgery 2 days ago and I've still yet to receive any aftercare instructions, even though I've called about it. They were supposed to email them to me, but apparently after you pay for their services they don't care what happens to your dog. You're much better off finding another place to go if you care anything about your pet. *Update: Today I received a package in the mail from this place (almost a month after her surgery) which contains the screws and plates that used to be in her leg. Gross! What a morbid thing to send someone in the mail! They didn't write a note or anything, just sent me her old hardware. There was zero reason why I would want or need this. If I didn't already dislike this place bad enough, I certainly do now.

I did a lot research after my dog was PTS .He hafterad stones which I now read is common .I let them know that I did not have 3000 dollars and one vet was just put him to sleep then like he was nothing .Then another vet came in said he would go ahead do it for 1500 I was so happy but yet I didnt understand that he was not confident enough to get stone out by surgery .They called in the middle of the night to tell my dog needed to be PTS .because he was not comfortable with doing the surgery and the cost would like 10k I now looked on line and cost are one like 1200 which I would have been able to come up with if neeeded because my dog was family .I had another vet that was willing to work with me but I really put my trust in these people .I got the bill yes they discounted it but I dont have my family member ,I think they think I am stupid and just believe what they have told me ,I feel disgusted and betrayed by them ,My dog was only 4 years old and heathly otherwise I guess his life was not worth it .I wish they just would have told me the truth I have to live with my mistake and although I am poor I would gave my last dollar to save my baby . What happened to compassion ?Is it now only about money ?This why we have so many homeless animals because they make it so expensive and not willing to work with you .Oh and one of the vets had the nerve to say well we need to get paid this all while she was telling me if you dont have the 3000 put him to sleep and stop taking all my time ,I feel cheated and I am sure they will move on as if his life meant nothing but it did to us.My baby is gone forever that is the saddest thing for us, I will only have to see these people one more time to pick up his ashes and I'm regretting even going back there BABY BEAR YOUR LIFE MEANT SOMETHING TO YOUR FAMILY !!!!!!!!EVEN THOUGH YOU MEANT ONLY $$$$$ TOO THEM !!!!!!!Q12: What's the prognosis for dogs undergoing bladder stone removal? Dr. Cathy: Prognosis is good; most patients do fabulously well. The biggest risks are associated with anesthesia. Once the stones are removed, they need to be identified to understand why they formed in the first place. With that knowledge, prevention of future problems is key to preventing future bladder stones.
