I couldn’t be more grateful for this vet and the level of care they provide. Taryn is by far one of the most amazing humans we have ever met! Her willingness to help our baby and go above and beyond is remarkable! No one can compare to her she truly is the “Mother Theresa” of the vet world!

I came here because VCA Mueller was not taking any animals and I could not get a fast appointment anywhere else. I booked an appointment here and now regret that I did. My cat had stones in his bladder which was very similar to the experience I had with my dog not long ago. The doctor and staff were okay. My problem was the doctor wanted to run multiple tests, do x-rays, provide food that was not prescription based food, etc. The treatment plan that the doctor provided was $1,600. I love my cat but this was wrong of the doctor. He did not attempt to solve the problem with simpler steps as the VCA did but instead tried to make me pay for multiple things that seemed not needed. Like I said I have prior experience with these symptoms and my dog was treated for cheaper and did not require extensive tests to do so. I ended up only doing two of the tests which was still a hefty price. I would advise to go to VCA Mueller close by. The doctors there are aware of the prices and will help you get the best care for your animal no matter what your budget is.

Office manager Taryn is AMAZING! She is kind, compassionate and goes above and beyond to help your fur babies! She truly loves animals and will do all she can to ensure they are well cared for! Staff like her are hard to come by! I cannot thank her, Sarah and the staff at StoneLake animal Hospital enough for all they have done to help my poor girl Stella get back on her feet! They truly go above and beyond! I appreciate how thorough they were and how compassionate they were in treating my girl! I have not been to an office more accommodating!

I really appreciate the urgency my Cat was taken care at Stonelake Animal Hospital. I was feeling hopeless that day with having called different Emergency vets & nobody could take her that day. She was not only seen that day here but also received a surgery she needed for her infection that most likely would of got worse if she wasn't seen immediately. I'm grateful to have found a Vet Clinic so Caring, Professional, Friendly and Clean. I will be coming back for any future needs my pets have. Thank you the Doctor & Team!

I moved and found Stonelake Animal Hospital. It was hard to switch vets because it’s hard for our dog to get used to new people. The doctor didn’t show any sort of bedside manner. Very short, barely touched my dog, finished his “exam” and told me my dog has heart issues and will need a ton of medication and possible surgery. I paid the copay for the visit, got a pricey treatment plan and they pushed for me sign (didn’t sign). I left crying because I was never aware of any heart issues. I called VCA vet for a second opinion, they did a full REAL exam and of course, no heart issues. I understand doctors have bills to pay, but don’t do it at the expense of clients who genuinely care for their pets…
