My husband and I had to make the decision to let go of our 15 yr old fur baby Pepper. We called to make the appointment and they were very kind and compassionate. When the appointment day came they brought us back to a room immediately and explained to us exactly what would take place. During the process one of the techs was right there with us comforting our baby as well, I swear I saw tears in her eyes as well. Afterwards they let us spend all the time we needed privately with our baby girl. They work with A Pet's Memory and made sure she was transported for us so we didn't have to. This was on 3/07/2022, today 03/22/22 we received a letter in the mail from them, it enclosed a poem and our sweet baby girls paw and nose prints. You have no idea how much that touched our hearts today to receive this, since we regretted not getting it ourselves before hand. We had no idea they did this and we're not expecting anything else from them. Thank you so much for that special gift, we will now be able to touch her paw whenever we want.

Great staff. Have taken them a bus full of cats for s/n and all have come back healthy and well, happy-down the road.
