I really like most of the staff there. The vet that I mesh with best is Dr. Bailes, because she handles me spazzing about my dogs with ease and is able to help me fully understand what is going on, which is very important to me. She was very reassuring for me even though I am worried about my dog's health. The ladies at the front desk are phenomenal, too. They really care about the animals, even though I think they only spend a small amount of time with them. And they always make sure all of my questions have been answered before I leave. I drive 40 minutes to get there, because it's worth it. I feel like I can trust them with my family.
The staff was courteous and professional and they did a good job my primary complaint will be the cost. Something so simple as a rabies vaccine and some medicine for worms should not total almost $200. The previous veterinarian we went to was only $80 for basically the same thing. I definitely won't be going back again.
This Banfield is the wonderful pet care that I am used to having, where you can actually talk to the vet and tech in a private room as they see your pet. The Banfield I used before I moved used to operate that way but no longer. The staff from the front desk to technicians to the vet were all caring, friendly, and helpful. The vet was upfront and clearly communicated what he believed to be happening with my cat. He presented several options, and we both chose what would work best to clear it up for my cat. Well, it worked because my cat became super frisky and playful after having been on the medication for just a few days. He obviously felt much better, and he hasn't had any reoccurring issues. If you want your cat to take liquid medicine with no problems, then mix it with a delectable in a dish and feed it to the cat. Mine gobbles it up.
Dr. Amanda Bayles took really good care of our 12 year old Tiger kitty. She was on point with his needs, and very caring. My husband and I are very pleased.
Dr Craft is the best vet, he is patient & caring, you can tell he is passionate about his work. Easy to talk to, let's you know about the programs they offer, discusses the treatment and answers your questions. He removed a tumor from my dogs paw and it healed better than I expected. I highly recommend him and Banfield Hospital for any pet needs.
Courtney is very great with the animals especially my two kittens. She treats them as if they were her own and has a lot of patience. Thank you for everything.
