I recently lost my best friend back in January and Northwood Hills was right by my fur babies side fighting for him to survive and by my side through a very heartbreaking time. Now, I finally decided it was time to get a new puppy and I couldn't imagine anyone else handling his care. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely great with pets of all sizes and breeds. I highly recommend them for your fur babies care.

I used to love taking my pets here but since last year something has drastically changed with the techs and Dr. Parks. The communication level is basically non existant and it is up to you to read their minds if you call in with an issue. They are not ethical and surely do not do as they promise. The last interaction (over phone) with Wendy and Dr. Parks has swayed me to take my fur babies elsewhere. I want them to be happy and safe first and foremost, yet I will not be disrespected in any sort of way. If you like to be ignored, lied to, and to be loaded down with excuses, this is the place for you. I highly suggest doing your homework before investing your time and money at this vet office!!!

Everyone is Amazing! They all treat Onyx like he is their dog. They are always so excited to see him and get down on the floor to pet him and love on him, especially Rachel. Onyx receives the best care and we never feel like we are rushed. Dr. Selig was with us for over 45 minutes when Onyx had been throwing up. He answered all my questions. Dr. Wigley has also cared for Onxy and she to great with him too. Dr. Parks hasn't met Onxy yet but she took wonderful care of our last dog Muffin before she passed away from cancer. I will never take my fur baby anywhere else! They real treat youlike family!

I love that Dr. Parks loves our babies AND remembers them. She spoke about our other dogs & their treatments…even though they’ve been gone for years now. I also love that her treatment recommendations are so very practical. When you combine care with understanding & compassion, it’s the best of all possible situations. We love Northwood Hills!

So disappointed that Northwood no longer cares about it's patients getting what they need, they are more concerned with forcing them to make prescription purchases to make money. I have been waiting for a prescription of flea medicine because they do not carry it in office and I was forced to use their online pharmacy (which is super slow) because they no longer cooperate with Chewy's online pharmacy. Instead of approving prescriptions by phone, they require that a patient mails in a paper prescription, which was never necessary in the past. This was a change they made on purpose. This was the final straw for me, and I will be moving to another vet asap. It's the end of an era for me; I have been using their services for 9-10 years. I planned on staying until Dr Parks left, but I cannot even do that at this point.
