We had to take our 13+ year old family pet here for euthanasia. They were complete professionals and so kind. For such a sad experience, the staff here made the experience as gentle as possible. 10/10 recommended this place. RIP to our sweet Duce.

We took our 9 1/2 year old Great Dane to VEG in Murfreesboro when he became sick. Little did we know that it would end up being terminal cancer. We had to make the impossible decision to let him be at peace. Dr. Fowler and the entire staff treated us and my baby like family! They made this heartbreaking process as peaceful as it could be. They were so kind and compassionate with all of us. I miss my baby terribly, but take comfort in the fact that he was treated so respectfully and kindly. They even made nose and paw prints that I will cherish forever! Thank you Dr. Fowler and staff from the bottom of my heart. ~ Deuce’s Momma

Last Sunday, we went to Veterinary Emergency Group because our dog had a cast removed from his primary vet that we were worried about. Our primary vet sent us home, and it was immediately concerning. After a few days of no improvement, I convinced my fiancé to let us take him to an ER Vet and we landed on Veterinary Emergency Group. I’m not disappointed in our decision. Now, we were there for several hours (4-5 hours). Our case was complex. We met with Dr Fowler. Dr Fowler had sat down and talked to us about the issue we were facing and even showed us the problem visually in their large open table space. Dr Fowler was very caring towards us and our dog. She immediately picked up her cell phone and contacted a Veterinary Surgeon, and even contacted his assistant to get us in early. Dr Fowler got us an Appointment for Tuesday with a Veterinary Surgeon in Brentwood named APEX. Monday morning at 8:15 AM, APEX called and advanced us and told us to get in immediately. By Monday afternoon, our pet had undergone surgery to remove the problematic areas of concern. We have seen a noticeable improvement in our pets behaviors. We are so thankful for Dr Fowler. We are so thankful because she showed us the problem, took the time to understand and explain, and we weren’t treated like a number in a line. Dr Fowler took it further to help us in helping our pet. Dr Fowler got us in touch with the right surgeon to take an immediate action. We have been and are continuing to go to APEX to take care of our pet, and none of this would be possible without Dr Fowler. THANK YOU DR FOWLER! I can’t say that enough and I hope that she sees this comment. Bender’s paw is recovering and we are able to, as of currently, save his middle two toes. He has a long road to recovery. Thank you thank you!

This past week we had a very scary incident with our Great Pyrenees/Anatolian shepherd mix and had to rush him in. When we walked in the door the team immediately jumped into action and began treating him and working to get him in a stable condition. In less than an hour we saw major improvement and five hours later thankfully we got to go home. I cannot thank them enough for how professional and caring they were. We absolutely loved how you can stay with your pet the entire time and if needed even stay over night. Thank you again to the Veterinary Emergency Group of Murfreesboro for taking care of our Jackson.

This place is great! I brought my baby in last night because she was acting strange and it freaked me out. They got her back quickly and were able to diagnose her issue pretty quickly. Everyone was very kind and made my baby feel at ease (she gets very anxious at any vet). We were offered water as well which I thought was thoughtful. And the best part is they were very affordable. I was expecting to walk out paying thousands but our visit was only a few hundred bucks. They even checked in on my baby the next day and she is feeling much better and back to normal. Thank you so much

We called in and we’re able to immediately talk with dr about bringing our dog directly there as he had his first seizures ever! We were sent an immediate link with directions, met at the door, they made us and our dog comfortable and we were with him the entire time. He received excellent loving care and we were walked through each step and decision very professionally and caringly. We are so very grateful!!! Highly recommend!!!
