Everyone was super friendly! BUT my biggest excitement was finding Dr. Sanders. It took me awhile to find her, she used to be my dog’s veterinarian at Banfield and we LOVE her!!!!! ❤️🥰

We are so grateful for the excellent care our sweet pup, Butler, received from Dr. Blaylock, Brittney, and the whole team during his last couple of months with us. We always felt well informed, supported and soundly guided through a very difficult time for us. Dr. Blaylock was so patient, thorough and professional. Brittney is one of the most sincere and kind hearted people...a God send to us from our very first appt to our last. It was also so appreciated that each step of the way, the pricing was up front and multiple care options offered with realistic expected outcomes. Shame i to even hit a one star for this place.. Been going to hole for 17years and no telling on how much money we have spent there over the years. Daniels one the vets gave our little (Izzy) dog a rabies shot 3 years ago, she had a very bad reaction to it, almost lost her before we could get back over there, long story short Daniels stated she can't take a rabies shot for the near fatal reaction, now every time we go over there they are trying to give her the shot. they have been grooming Izzy 3 times a year, went to drop Izzy off this morning and was told they cant groom Izzy anymore because of the rabies shot , you would think that Daniels would have what he told us about Izzy and shot would be in her records. VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER ALL THE YEARS DOING BUSINESS AND MONEY SPENT THERE , VERY OBVIOUS THEY ARE LIKE OTHER BUSINESSES ALL ABOUT THE DOLLAR, BUT THEY DARN SURE WONT GET ANYMORE OF THIS FAMILY $$$$$.. SO BE VERY AWARE OF THIS PLACE...Jimmy Crafton in Murfreesboro..
