Top Paw Rescue is an amazing nonprofit rescue agency. Giving up your pet is already heartbreaking in itself, Joanna is so kind and she is always accessible, she really makes the process as stress free as possible. She genuinely cares for the animals and treats every pet as if they are her own. They have a great foster mom for the pets waiting to be adopted and the potential new owners go through a thorough screening process to make sure they are a great match. I recommend this organization for anyone who urgently needs to re-home their pet.

This is a scam rescue. She will take your money and tell you that she is using it to get medical for the animals. This is not true she uses it to buy herself things. I went to all the places she said she used as vets and they said she has not had a single animal spay or neutered. The terrible thing is we have no idea what she did with the (12) cats she took in. They have disappeared! Please feel free to message me on messenger if you are also concerned. Let’s pray for these poor animals.
