I had a wonderful adoption experience. Everyone was extremely kind and accommodating, and you can tell they care about their animals. You can’t go wrong with any of their pups. I’m grateful for being able to bring home this sweet Husky/Australian Cattle Dog mix. He’s now a very treasured member of my family. Thank you All Herding Breed Dog Rescue for helping me find my perfect match! I definitely recommend this rescue to anyone looking to add a new furry friend to their family! 🐾❤️
We truly love the place. They have wonderful dogs. Lois is so caring and loving.
Great experience, we got the perfect border collie. He's great. The people are really good at matching pets to people. Most of their pets already house broken.
I thank All Herding Breed Dog Rescue for saving my lovely Louie and then setting me up with him!! When I was introduced to Louie, I had actually come to AHBDR's farm to visit another dog,... When that didn't look like it'd work for me, Lois basically said, "I think I have the dog for you!" and that's when I met the best dang dog ever. He obviously had a tough early life (still has a bullet in his side to prove it!), but thanks to this organization, he was given a second chance, and I ended up with a best ever best buddy!! Also, the adoption process was quite friendly and sane and relatively quick... another real boon.
Me and my boyfriend picked up our 2 year old ACD named Emmie (we have had her for just over a week) and she is everything! We felt reassured that a dog would not go home with someone if they felt it was not a good fit (for dog or family). I feel like they have a good understanding of what the dog can handle (other dogs/other people/kids) before putting them up for adoption. They were also very responsive and got back about our application quickly.
We have a red heeler from this rescue. He is an awesome dog. Things were a bit rocky at first. Who knows what his early life was was, but we were patient and he is one of the best dogs we have ever owned, maybe the tops. I cannot recommend them too highly.
