We had such a wonderful experience with Hopeful Tails!! We went to meet a few dogs that weren’t the right match, and were thoughtfully encouraged to meet one we hadn’t really looked into, and she was THE PERFECT MATCH FOR US!! Thank you to the staff who work so hard for these animals. We met our girl, and we knew we would not be leaving without her. She has been the best companion for our family, and we can not thank Hopeful Tails enough!!! They were very quick to respond to email, and answer any questions, the entire process was very smooth. I cannot say enough positive things about Hopeful Tails!! We rescued our puppy from them, and they were professional and thorough throughout the entire process. When we were first looking, it was great their website was organized and clear to follow for us to apply to adopt with ease. I really appreciated their prompt response to my emails as well. Having young children, their care at letting us know about temperament of dogs and being very transparent which would be a great fit for our family was so important and helpful. When we went to meet with our new puppy, it was clear they were taking great care of all their animals, and they provided us the space to meet with him to see if he would be a great fit. I also cannot say enough great things about the vet care our puppy received in his time with Hopeful Tails. The ladies here are absolutely wonderful. My wife and I were looking to add a dog to our family and boy did these amazing humans help. Within 24 hours of submitting the paperwork for adoption, we had heard back. Due to some scheduling conflicts on our end, we couldn’t meet the pup for 2 days, but when we did, the rest of the process was seemless! We’re first time dog parents and they guided us through care afterwards as well! Also, the fact that they’re no kill is a huge bonus for my wife and I. If you’re thinking of adopting, please do it from the amazing team at Hopeful Tails!
