My dog has been going to the Downtown Veterinarian for about 4 years now. Every experience has been great. Those in the front office are always very nice and helpful when I call. When my dog was sick, I called the office to determine whether I should schedule an appointment or not. The office got back with me 30 minutes later, after having spoken with the vet, to give me a list of ways to take care of my dog at home. It was nice to know that the vet was available to help me out right away, and that the office was not trying to make money by having me schedule an appointment. My dog recently got his teeth cleaned there. They remained in great contact with me on that day and called the following day to check up on him. They always make me feel that they truly care about my dog and take their time to help me and answer my questions. I recommend Downtown Veterinarian to anyone.

Every single person I’ve encountered here has been absolutely amazing. Genuinely kind and caring 😊 They helped make the passing of our old dog, Carl, as pain free as possible. And so far our puppy, Yoshi, has been experiencing the same love and affection from the staff!

I have been taking my pets to Downtown Veterinarian ever since they opened years ago. They have always provided compassionate and professional care for my fur babies. They have been especially kind when it was time for my cats to cross the rainbow bridge. They are especially wonderful if you have special needs pets as I have had, all of the staff are welcoming and friendly and extremely efficient at what they do. I would recommend their services to anyone with pets.
