I attempted to reach out to them because my ferret was suffering from DIM and I was told by my local ferret rescue that they could possibly take her. When I called the number, an automated message told me to leave a message and they would get back to me, so I did. I waited a day and no response, so I called again. This time they answered, but they hung up on me as soon as I introduced myself. I didn't even get to tell them what was happening. We ended up having to euthanize our 11 month kit because we couldn't afford to get treatment and no rescues would take her. I have never felt so frustrated and upset.

This is a wonderful rescue to adopt from! It is a thorough application process, but I felt like they are rightfully concerned for the well-being of the ferrets up for adoption. Not only did they provide a time for us to introduce our ferret to potential adopters, but they also took time to answer any questions we had about parenting our girls. Even if you do not have experience with owning ferrets, the staff and volunteers at five point ferrets are sure to help you. They are available to answer any questions and have a plethora of knowledge on these adorable creatures. (They also provide a book called “ferrets for dummies”) We adopted two little ones, Nessie and Lorolai, to keep our first ferret company this past June. We love them to death and encourage anyone capable of adopting a ferret to come to five point ferrets. There are loads of little ones in need of homes!

We adopted 2 fun little furry friends. Making initial contact was a little difficult, but worth it, knowing we're rescuing rather than supporting commercial breeders. Our 2 new family members are already creating laughter and memories in our home.

Several years ago I adopted a ferret from them. As someone else mentioned, first contact was a bit difficult and the process a bit long (visiting there, then they visited my home, then back down there to pick up the ferret). We had the ferret at least 5 years until it passed. All the ferrets were well take care of at the rescue, clean and healthy. Id would adopt from here again

Im so happy i came to this shelter ! I love my new three little pasta’s(ferrets) and the people there were so nice and let me take as much time as i needed they still waited for me with a smile on there faces after 4 hours ! I finally decided on the ones i wanted and got them into my carrier they even gave me a little gift basket to go AND i got it all for only $250 I definitely recommend to come here and get yours ! 🤗🤗🤗

This rescue is so wonderful. The ferrets are so well taken care of. The owner is devoted to the ferrets. They are treated so well. Every ferret's special needs such as illness, diet, etc. are taken into account in their care. The owner is also very giving of her time and knowledge. The volunteers are wonderful too. Please donate to help this cause if you can.
