Description As an all-volunteer wildlife center, we may not always have someone physically available at the center. Therefore, please text us at (317) 902-3825 to set an appointment time to ensure someone will be here to take in your injured or orphaned wildlife. Thank you in advance.
I am so grateful for this place and their hard working, caring, and generous team. A wild baby bunny in our yard was hiding in weeds as we were working and he got hurt. I reached out here uncertain of what to do. Once making my appointment, I arrived and the little bunny was scooped right up like a newborn baby. I knew then I chose the right place. They’re so kind and do amazing work out of the love for animals. Please be patient with them, this is not your emergency vet clinic, they will get in touch as SOON as they can. This is a small nonprofit organization and I can assure you they care about your situation and the animal(s) just as much, if not more, as you do! Be kind and passionate with animals and treat them as you would another person, if you were hurt or sick, you’d want help! God bless this team, their mission, and their big hearts ❤️
I found an injured baby duckling on a sidewalk in my neighborhood today. I contacted Noah's Animal Hospital and they gave me the phone # to Providence Wildlife Rehabilitation, Inc. Within an hour of reaching out to Providence via text, the baby duckling is now in the care of a volunteer rehabilitator. Thank you for the quick response and for taking care of injured animals!!
Helped us make sure 12 ducklings were safe after momma had been gone for 7 hours and never came back to see them hatched. :(
I found a woodpecker that was breathing heavy and it seems like she flew into a window. I contacted and got a quick response and was able to bring the bird to a volunteers house at 8pm. They were very knowledgeable and kind and I’m so happy they were available to help the bird!!!
Responded to my text very quickly, and I was able to get an injured bird to a volunteer within about half an hour of finding it. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find help since it was after business hours, so I’m very grateful for their prompt response! I recommend texting instead of calling.
Text them - don’t call. They are doing a great job with few people. I was quickly routed to someone who gave me instructions and we setup to have a volunteer take him later the same day.
