I am very impressed with a Mapleview Animal Hospital. We brought our dog in for a dental procedure which turned out to be a little more complicated than initially thought. They were awesome! They are professionally very competent - AND - the whole staff are also caring, detail oriented, and great communicators keeping us clearly informed before, during and after her procedure. Very positive experience and highly recommended.

Yesterday, we had to put our beloved Daisy down. It was very sudden and devastating. Dr. Andrea was so compassionate and cried with us as if Daisy were her own dog. I appreciate the team at Mapleview for the comfort given to us at such a difficult time.

Took our dog here and only talked to a technician never the actual doctor. I gave the tech all our dog symptoms. Our dog was not eating or drinking for 2.5 days and throwing up about every 6 to 8 hours. After I brought him in and was given a low and high quote in the range of $600-800. They kept him for the day and gave him fluids and some supplements. They called to pick him up at the end of the day and when I got there I once again only talked to the tech. They gave him 4 different meds. The bill was over $900. I brought him home and he was great for 12 hours and then it went south. He was acting more lethargic and still would not eat or drink so I called and they told me to not stop the meds. We stopped the meds!!!! All of them. He got better hour by hour and is now back to normal within 24-36 hours. We feel like they gave him meds he did not need at all. Again, once off these meds they were. Or needed and made our dog worse he got better sharing their advice. That along with charging me over $100 over their quote we were less than impressed and could have really done serious damage to our dog. We will NOT be going back here and I will be going back to ask for more of an explanation from a doctor and not a tech on Monday.

My mom brings her dog here. We bring all our pets in our family here. Really happy with the vet and pet health services, but when my mom brings her dog here for grooming they always knick her and she seems very upset after returning from grooming. They especially aren’t careful around her bottom area. It was very aggravated and she seemed really upset and skittish afterwards. Do not recommend grooming services from here. She’s tried both groomers available at the location multiple times and it’s a recurring issue.

The staff was super friendly and the sincerely cared about my dog when I brought her in for a check-up recently. They were very gentle with her and were knowledgeable and informative as well.
