I am very thankful to have such an excellent Emergency Vet located in Holland. All of the staff were amazing (receptionist, technicians and doctors). Transparency of medical care and associated costs were shared at all times while excellent and compassionate care was given to our very sick pup Ollie. Ollie even fell in love with one of the technicians who took such good care of him, I believe her name is Emily.

These guys were amazing and so kind. I had to bring my cat in who was not doing well. I decided that o put him down being it was the most humane option. They were very kind with explaining everything and giving me sometime with him before everything. It was very hard for me and they were very supportive and just amazing people all around. I cannot recommend them enough. They are amazing and beautiful people. My cat was in very good hands.

Wonderful staff! Very clean! Took us at a moments notice! Their main objective was to get this cats pain under control without waiting, and I have never seen this done before as they did not hesitate! Friendliest people! They even took the time to name this sweet injured stray for us🩷Thank you! Isthmus the kitty thanks you too!

The EVCC in Holland was amazing. At the end of March, my family decided our cat was declining and needed to be seen sooner rather than later. The receptionist was patient with my many phone calls while we were deciding whether to bring him in or not. After some testing, my family and I decided that the best choice would be for us to put our cat down. The team was beyond compassionate, caring, and patient. My kids had all the time they needed to say goodbye. We were there for ages but the staff never rushed us at all. I so greatly appreciated that. This cat was the family favorite and it was a very hard decision. Thank you so much! We were also very touched by the sympathy card that we received the next week. It was so very sweet! I was also grateful that his records were shared with our vet so they learned of the outcome without us having to rehash it all. Thank you.

We appreciated the helpful and attentive care our dog received during his recent visit. All staff we spoke with were clear about the process, gave ample opportunity to ask questions, and were thorough and careful in evaluating and attending to our dog's condition. Additionally, we appreciate the ability recognize what level of intervention is needed and not over-act/over-prescribe at the outset, opting for the less invasive/less intense approach at first when possible/appropriate.

So glad there's a choice for ER pet care in Holland now! Great service- Linda was great on the phone getting us pre-registered, we got in quickly once arrived, office was clean and modern. Techs and vet were great. My only complaint is we were encouraged. ( overly in one instance) to do blood work, which didn't help one bit with the issue we came in for. ( bowel obstruction). My dog is 2.5 yrs old. Quick service, great communication for the most part. clean facility.
