I adopted Misty from Headin Home in June 2020. Yes it took time and patience but it was all worth every moment. She is still a little shy but has come so far from the first day that it's hard to believe she is the same dog. I love her more than words can describe and I know she feels the same by her actions. I found this handsome little guy from this place 5.5 years ago. He's now 8 years old and such a happy, content, & and well-adjusted little guy now. He & his big brother, who is 2 years older than him, love each other so much!

We came to see what dogs may be available for adoption. The site did not say anything about appointment only. It was an hour drive and quite disappointing that no one was available to answer our call or assist us.

I called several weeks ago and no one has returned any ofmy phone calls.. A friend that told me about this facility also called several times and no one called her back. We both called several times and always left a message. I will never use your facility. Already have the common courtesy to return a phone call.

Headin' Home Rescue is an amazing place with an amazing staff. They care so much about every dog they take in and do their best to make sure they find the right family for each one. We adopted our dog, Jude, from Headin' Home last year and are so grateful to them for bringing him to us!
