My 2 cockatiels just had their first appointment at Eastgate and it went so well! I was able to easily make an appointment online. The office reached out so I could provide the majority of their information online. This was a well-check and nail trim appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful when we got there. Kaia was the assistant that met with us first and she was fabulous. She was so and thorough as she confirmed information and met my birds. Dr T. examined them, asked questions about their care at home, answered every question I had, and then gave them their examinations and did their nails. My birds hadn’t been to any vet before and I was worried they’d be scared but Dr. T. and Kaia were amazing with them and my birds climbed right onto them. I highly recommend Eastgate!

I have brought my rabbits to this veterinary clinic on Peoria Rd and received great service for them both for preventative wellness exams and in euthanasia. They take very good care of my buns and unexpectedly showed much care and support to me when one was euthanized. Would recommend to other rabbit pet owners.

I was able to get a same-day appointment for my cockatoo with an injured wing. We met with Dr. Tsuchida who gave Rebbie a thorough gentle exam. She explained each step as she examined his wing. Rebbie was very comfortable with Dr. Tsuchida's handling.

Incredible team, I’m so grateful they were recommended when I was looking for an avian vet for my pigeon. Dana is amazing, the entire staff is amazing, and they got me in the same morning I called asap because of the condition he was in. They immediately helped with pain management and kept him calm and comfortable the entire time, and even the sedation process for a radiograph was smooth. Don’t know what’s going on with my little guy yet (waiting on results) but I am so incredibly grateful to the team getting us in so quickly and making sure we had pain medication and food for him to heal quickly. He has improved so much over the past 24 hours and I am so grateful to the doctor and staff for helping us so quickly. Avian vets are few and far between, but I sure am glad to know Dana and would very highly recommend the entire office- another friend had a very positive experience with their dog a few years back. Thanks again all and see you soon for his follow up :)

After searching for multiple clinics that will take rabbits I am so glad I found this one! Even the clinic I work at does not do extensive care for exotics. Dr. Lantz has done absolutely amazing and has been with me and my rabbit Filbert the entire time of his diagnosis and treatment process. I couldn’t ask for more support. From getting him into OSU for a ct scan and booking him for surgery very quickly I am so grateful and touched for her extensive care towards Filbert. Dr. Lantz even went the extra mile of offering to keep Filbert at the clinic after his ct scan for no extra charge so that I could go to work. Very impressed and appreciative for the Eastgate Drs and whole team for being so good with Filbert!! I cannot thank them enough. I have already recommended this place to a friend who also has rabbits!

Very nice vet! I brought in my four rats in under suspicion that they all had an upper respiratory infection and the vet and vet tech were both very nice and sweet and excited to see my rats. They were very gentle and very helpful and the pricing was very good for all four of them together.
