The staff were very helpful and did an outstanding job of helping ease my mind before my dog went into surgery. They were great with us for the after care, explanations and release of our dog. I also appreciate the fact that they are so much more affordable for this procedure than anywhere else I contacted.

Dr Mills and her assistant, Madison, were both amazing today! They took the time to explain lab results and reason for treatment needed for my dog. They let me go home while waiting for lab results rather than waiting in the waiting room for an hour with my very reactive dog. Dr. Mills called me after hours with results. I recommend this office highly. They put the patient (my dog) and me first today. Thank you!

Thanks so much for getting Tut in and neutered so fast! Huge help, when dealing with a very large colony clear out in Sweet Home and appointments so hard to find.

Have to hound them for calls back from the doctors. I understand clinics being busy but I’d call and a week or two would go by without hearing anything back, and I’d have to call again. Called on the 26th of July about my dog’s behavioral condition getting worse, called again on the 5th of August and have still not heard back from anybody.

We’ve been going to Alpine Animal Hospital for several years now. We loved Dr Hixon and Dr Clark. I was a little nervous to go see the new vets but we were pleasantly surprised by how nice Dr Serena Mills was. Our little dog seemed to like her also! I highly recommend going to Alpine Animal Hospital!

The staff at Alpine Animal Hospital took the concerns I had for my dog Zeke seriously and performed appropriate tests and imaging promptly! They determined that he needed to have emergency surgery, which his previous vet missed multiple times. On top of that, their prices were reasonable and Dr. Mills personally called me 2 days after his surgery to check in on Zeke. They saved my dog's life & I'm eternally grateful!
