I was on vacation when my tiny (3.6 lbs) toy poodle became very ill. Crossroads was recommended by the local animal shelter and their recommendation was well earned. Mia received exemplary, compassionate and complete care with an unusual problem (she had eaten sand and it impacted her digestive tract). Very tiny dogs can be difficult to treat. Dr. Jordan and staff did not hesitate to find out what was wrong and make it right. If we are in the area again and need a vet, I will head straight to Crossroads. Thank you Dr. Jordan, Rachel, Hannah and all the staff who took such good care of my little girl.

My dogs are my "four-legged children". It goes without saying that I only want the best and most comprehensive care for them. That's exactly what I found with the team at Crossroads Animal Hospital. The wellness packages there are what I need to keep my senior dogs happy and healthy for as long as possible. I especially want to emphasize that the team is incredibly helpful and patient. My boys are large and very sensitive animals (that are not always easy). No problem for Dr. Jordan and her team! They act with incredible patience and empathy, which makes both me and my dogs feel good! PS: They take a lot of time and also check foreign documents in detail so that no mistakes are made. This is very important, which is why I highly recommend the team!! Thank you!

Dr. Jordan has cared for my pets for close to 15 years. She did surgery on my sweet Lulu for cancer and she lived for 2 more years. I also had another dog who developed diabetes and Dr Jordan and her awesome staff educated me on using a Libre and giving shots. I fully trust her and the staff, I think they truly look out for my pets' best interests.

I loved the staff there. They were very to kind to my two cats and very gentle. Ashlee was very knowledgeable about their health and provided lots of information. She took care of my cats like they were her own. I would definitely come back, and I recommend everyone ask for Ashlee.

Have a Nigerian Dwarf goat who needed her horn removed (horn had turned down and was pressing against face bone). Called on Friday, and was able to take her in Monday morning. Procedure completed, and ready to go by early afternoon. And the added bonus was that it was more affordable than we had anticipated. Thank you for taking good care of Mini!
