I adopted a cat from this organization this week (and she is perfect and so sweet). When I adopted her, I was provided a copy of her immunization dates (along with her rabies tag), her spay surgery date, and her microchip information. I got her home that morning and noticed her eyes had a discharge. I called Foxnest and asked if she had a history of upper respiratory infections, if they noticed this discharge, or if they had treated her for any eye issues. I was told that the medical staff was aware of this discharge, but because it was not discolored and she wasn't showing any other concerning symptoms, that they had not intervened. I was told to call back if this got worse and Foxnest would cover the cost of treatment if necessary. I called the following day asking for her medical records (as I had not received any additional records when adopting her) and was told that they did not have any records. I asked if there were any exams or bloodwork done on her. I was told a feline leukemia test was done upon intake (which was negative), but because she appeared to be healthy, no additional evaluations were done. A few hours later I received another call from Foxnest stating they had found her records "in a drawer" and I could come by and pick them up. When I picked them up the following day, I was provided with my cat's spay surgery information, another cat's spay surgery information, another rabies tag registered to my cat, and a rabies tag registered to a 7 year old male cat. Because Foxnest informed me that she had not been assessed by any medical personnel, I took her to another vet's office for a second opinion. They conducted a comprehensive exam. Her heart, lungs, and temperature were normal. The new vet reported that she does have an eye infection due to hairs caught under her eyelids in both eyes, she has a yeast infection in both ears, and she also has severe gingivitis, four missing incisors, and two teeth that will most likely need to be extracted. I am not sure if Foxnest was aware of any of these issues, but they did not disclose them to me or provide me with any information regarding her overall health. I am very happy I adopted my cat and I will ensure she is properly taken care of.

This is associated with Foxnst Veterinary clinic. I brought a kitten that was found on the roadside with his sister to the clinic. It turned out that the kitten had a broken jaw that was preventing him from eating. The vet was awesome at explaining what needed to be done and recommended supplements until he could eat again. She didn't even charge for the visit. Then they called the next morning to follow up. They are incredibly caring about their furry patients.

They have two open areas one where you can get what you need for pets there but they also have two book selves of books that you can choose to buy book and the money goes to the pet funds they have sweaters and shirts to help with support as well. They had a few kittens that are ready for adoption as well.

I am a big animal lover and if I could do something like this I would. They always say animals help ones when they are down. And in my opinion YES that's true
