Not sure of correct rating for this place as I have never met the Vet due to their COVID restrictions. Needed to drop off my pet early but the check-in person just sat behind the desk and would not get up to allow early check-in. Very disorganized as multiple trips were made to return to get things forgotten inside. Seem to be a little pricey for services rendered. 🤔 Have to go through an offsight phone answering person who then has to call the office for answers to questions asked and then call the client back. Very time consuming to get information for quick questions and needed follow-up on pet conditions.

Absolutely the WORST people working here .. including the operator of the facility Kathy Jordon. Had an appointment ...drove 85 miles ...then they said I didnt have an appointment.. they asked to see my email confirmation and when I tried to show them the confirmation they locked the door on me ... when I kept knocking on the door they called the police to get me to leave.. later called and emailed them about my embarrassment and gas reimbursement.. then they just hung up on me ..asked many times to speak to the head of the facility Kathy Jordan and she would not come to the phone.. the workers just hang up on you ... the most UNPROFESSIINAL workers I have ever seen in my life ! Read their other horrible reviews!
