Had a dog grooming appointment set up for Saturday January 27th at noon for Louie my standard size schnauzer with Skyler as she used to work for a different grooming business and does such an amazing job I took Louie to where she's currently at the Animal Clinic and she does an absolute amazing job with Louie. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER !!!

Dr Jacobi and the staff have always been gentle and caring with our two dogs. Most recently, one of our dogs needed dental cleaning and oral surgery to extract some teeth. They were concerned about our dog throughout his procedure and updated us when needed throughout the day and to let us know how he was doing. They provided good after care instructions and have called since he's been home to check on his well being. They are extremely professional in their approach to us and our pets needs and are also respectful of our thoughts and concerns.

Our Charlie is 14 now and we have been taking him to this office since he was 2 months old. The recent visit was for a dental scaling and a shot for his arthritis. The doctors and all the staff are so experienced, professional and kind to us. I heartily recommend Animal Medical Clinic to anyone looking for a clinic home for their fur baby.

Visits to this clinic are generally very pleasant. This morning, I did not appreciate how one of the RVTs shoved my dog onto the scale. She insisted we needed a weight today in case he was prescribed an antibiotic, even though he was weighed at this very clinic on Friday 4/26. I first tried myself, but he was anxious and not cooperating so I didn’t want to force him and explained to her that we just got a weight last Friday and he should be fine. She still insisted we needed a weight and took it upon herself to shove him onto the scale. To be clear, she did not harm my dog in the least; he’s a big boy. But if he’s already stressed, perhaps we don’t immediately resort to physical control over something so trivial. Next time, I would like a better explanation on why the is weigh-in was so essential. If this is the protocol given to her by staff Vets, that may want to be reevaluated. This behavior wasn’t exactly in line with the clinic’s mission statement.

Absolutely amazing experience! Dr. Heyer made my timid dog feel safe and very comfortable! She also did a great job answering all of my questions and putting my mind at ease too! I’d HIGHLY recommend Dr. Michelle Heyer to anyone and everyone that owns a pet, she’s by far the best vet I’ve ever met!! All of the staff at the Animal medical clinic are very helpful and friendly too!
