Took home perfect new family member, and wish could rescue them all! Was little slow on last steps of adoption process, think needed least o e more front desk staffer and couldn't make change for $100 bill, but volunteers are blessings! Also FYI, if you live out of Des Moines, you'll have come back to see one their 'vets' for free post adoption visit. Which is not at all practical for most I feel.

Came in four weeks ago with some kittens and was told by the very rude women at the front desk to bring them back in four weeks because they were to small, came back four weeks later and was told by the same rude woman to take them back where I found them, I said I came in here a month ago and you told me the same thing, to which she said no I didn't. The reason I remembered her was because of how short and rude she was the first time I came in and how she seemed to be bothered to do her job.
