We adopted a really sweet dog from the southeast side ARL a couple weeks ago. I think it's a very impressive place with employees who really care a lot about the animals in their care. I really liked that they take good care of the animal while they are waiting for adoption, and I am impressed with everything I've seen from my experiences with the employees and their customer service. I highly recommend adopting your next pet from here.

Good place to adopt animals. However, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ANIMALS HEALTH STATUS. We adopted a cat and found out 6 weeks later that the shelter forgot to send us home with her second dose of de-wormer. Poor cat suffered from worms for no reason.

I found an injured rabbit that could not walk, and after 3 hours and numerous phone calls, found that animal services would take it and determine whether it could be helped or not. They were SO NICE. This is such a valuable service. I just couldn't leave it to suffer if it could not be helped. Thank you thank you!
