You guys rock and your groomers are the only ones I'll let take care of my puppy. She has anxiety but she trusts the groomers n even looks forward to the visit. Well priced and my baby always leaves looking like a princess! She knows it too, she trots out with her head high. Feels like she rules the world after a visit there. And Of course she gets to pick out a treat from yours guys wall of goodies after we're done! God bless you guys, you take great care of all the animals in your care. I'm extremely picky on who takes care of my baby girl but I never worry bout her when she's in your care. God bless and thank you so much!

Always has been an amazing experience in the young man inside of the store gladly took my heavy product out and when I tried to give him a tip he didn't take it :) but he asked me if he could have a hug instead so I said absolutely! Merle hay road Des Moines Iowa location...

Great service! I placed an online order and it was ready within an hour. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they would bring my order out to my car which is great when purchasing dog food. The associate had my order in the car within a few minutes and she was super nice and polite.

I love this place! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The store is always clean, it’s a smaller store so you can be in and out quick but still has plenty of selection! Highly recommended
