This really should be a 3.5 star review. I want the same consideration and care that Aaron Pest offered. We were with them for over 20 years, and the customer service was always excellent. It didn’t feel like we were working with a corporation. Ever since Pucor took over, I get at least one call a week trying to sell me more stuff. I’ve tried to get them to stop, but they don’t read their forms, and it’s hard to get someone on the phone. We never have the same technician two times in a row, and our cost went up over 60%. Purcor was fantastic about helping with a weird ant (not fire ants) problem when they first switched over. I was very happy with the response and care the technician took to get rid of that colony. We aren’t having bug problems, so their product does its job.

Rachel our technician has always taken excellent care of our home. Never had any issues since she started treating our property. Always courteous, we get a courtesy knock to make sure our dogs are up and arrival is always when scheduled. Highly recommend PURCOR

Pest Control services are a dime a dozen in FL, but only Purcor has Jay. He listens, educates, and solves our problems the first time, every time. His preventative services have kept the bugs where bugs belong (for the most part, but this is FL!) and kept us happy for years.

Jay is an excellent representative for Purcor, he introduced his self and asked if we were experiencing any problems. We asked him to spray inside of the house since we have noticed some bugs, he immediately went out to his truck and mixed up some spray and treated the whole house. Then he went outside and brushed down all the cob webs then treated the outside of our house. We were very pleased with his work!
